I truly love cats, but unfortunately fell in love with a person allergic to cats. So while I cannot have them at home, I love to help take care of other's cats while their owners are away. I cannot accept cats in my house, but I can come to yours and look after the cat(s). 

I have been catsitting occasionally over the past 3 years, and it's been truly joyful everytime. I do both - stay over, and also dropping in twice a day (45-60 mins each time) to feed and play with the cat. I have looked after 6 cats so far. I am attentive and respectful to the owner's requests, and the boundaries/rules they have set up for their cat. 

I will make sure your cat is fed on time, gets enough play time, cuddles (if she chooses), combed and kept clean. I respect the dietary restrictions of the cats, and will follow protocol as set up by the owners.
If your cat feels anxious, I will try to make sure she feels comfortable with me - while making sure it feels taken care of. I once looked after an abyssinian cat who never let me come near him. So I could not pet him, but he let me play with him with lazer beams, strings, and little furry (fake) mice. The owner of the cat was happy with my work. I have also looked after two Norwegian forest cats, whose owner had a very strict diet for them. Because of their long hair, they needed to be brushed regularly, so I made sure they were combed everyday throughly, to avoid any knots from forming. 

Every cat is different, and I love to get a chance to build a rapport with each cat. There's no greater joy in life when a cat finally accepts you as a friend ❤️ a bonus of she chooses to fall sleep on your lap and purrs.

I send regular updates to the owners with photos and videos via WhatsApp. I also make sure I have the name and number of their vet in case of emergencies, as well as where I can find cleaning supplies or medicines in the house, if the cat gets sick. 

I have looked after 2 cats separately who have thrown up on the floor before, and cleaned it all up immediately. I try to make sure the owner's come to their home with a happy and healthy cat, and a clean floor.
