Ciao! My name is Sofia, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have a special soft spot for cats, but I also adore dogs, birds and many other animals.

I hold a degree in Animal Care, which reflects both my passion and my commitment to animal welfare. I am currently working as an Animal Caretaker at an animal rescue centre, where I look after wild animals with a wide range of needs, behaviours and personalities.

My experience with animals comes from both my studies and many years of hands-on work. I have been volunteering for years at a cat shelter in my hometwon in Italy, and I have also gained experience in different animal care environments, including two wildlife rescue centres, a primate rescue centre, and the university’s veterinary care stable, where I helped care for horses, goats, alpacas, and other domestic species.

As a pet sitter, my goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well looked after while you are away. I am reliable, patient, punctual, and always attentive to each pet’s individual routine and needs.

I offer: daily home visits; dog walks (and cat walks too, if your cat is comfortable on a harness!); playtime, cuddles, and companionship; feeding and meds administration if needed; regular photo and message updates, so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
