Hi! I've been surrounded by dogs and other pets since I was three years old. I got my first dog when I was seven, and later we had a Shiba Inu, with whom I regularly attended dog shows. I also volunteered at a dog shelter for around two years, where I helped with walking dogs (including large breeds), feeding, cleaning. I've been living in the Netherlands for almost six years, and recently I got a dog of my own, a lovely dwarf poodle who is now 6.5 months old! He's super friendly and playful and absolutely loves other dogs. One of the reasons I decided to start dog sitting is that we have so many lovely places to walk nearby, but not always enough doggy friends to play with. I'd love to welcome another dog into our home so they can enjoy each other's company in a safe, supervised environment. Of course, I also just really love dogs and enjoy taking care of them! My puppy and I have completed a puppy training course, and we're currently attending private general obedience classes with a specialist online. I'm very interested in dog behaviour and regularly read and watch educational videos about training. I know how important it is to balance exercise, mental stimulation, and proper rest. A little about what I offer: 🐶 I only take one guest dog at a time, so both dogs get enough attention and don't become overwhelmed. 🌳 We have several parks just 2–7 minutes away, perfect for walks and sniffing adventures. I'm also happy to walk your dog separately so they can explore at their own pace. 🧩 I love including little brain games, enrichment activities, and basic training exercises during the day. 🏡 Our living room has rugs to prevent slipping during playtime and a cushion next to the sofa to make getting down safer. 💻 I'm mostly available when working from home and during weekends, so I can spend plenty of time with the dogs. Since my puppy is still young and very playful, I'd prefer to welcome dogs who are friendly and comfortable around other dogs. I'm also happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure they get along! Most importantly, I want your dog to feel comfortable, safe, and loved while staying with us !
