I love animals. Truly. To my bone. I have worked as an assistant in a veterinarian's office, grooming, and staffed a boarding kennel. Personally, I have rescued 3 dogs and 2 cats so far (not all at the same time!). I have worked with skittish cats, reactive dogs, and goofy clowns who want nothing more than to warm your lap in between walks or play. I enjoy getting to know each animal and paying attention to their communication to the best of my ability.&nbsp;
My goal is to make sure that your pet feels as comfortable as possible while you're away. Hopefully, that also makes you comfortable while you need to be away.&nbsp;
Working with animals with special needs is no trouble, and I have experience administering medications, but let's chat and meet to discuss the specifics to keep them safe and make sure everyone understands their needs.&nbsp;
Human languages: I'm fluent in English and conversant in German.  My Spanish is a bit basic, but we can make it work. I'm learning Dutch, but cannot yet work solely in this language.  If you're reading this with a translator, that's okay, just make sure to translate instructions into English for me too, and we'll chat with a translation app.&nbsp;&nbsp;


Hello my name is Emerald, I am 21 years old, and am a very passionate world traveller. I grew up mostly in France, but started travelling with my parents long term since I was 10 years old. Now that I am older I've continued to travel on my own, and have taken to many different cultures as education.
In general I am a very playful and energetic person, always open to new experiences. Since I could remember I've always been really passionate about animals, but had never had any pets growing up, so I'd take any chance I'd get to spend time with other peoples pets! Now I have just moved to Haarlem, Netherlands, and have decided to continue my passion for animals through pet care and walking, so I would be very happy to be able to spend some time with animals in need of some love and care while their owners are away!
I am an experienced dog walker, and have trained and walked many different dog breeds, large, small and everything in between. I have spent significant time working as a pet groomer where I washed and groomed a lot of dogs that I've cared for. I also have experience watching dogs and cats of different temperaments; very anxious animals, at their houses while the owners were away through other platforms.

Tijdens mijn bezoek verzorg ik alles wat nodig is, zoals voeren, vers water geven, spelen, knuffelen, de kattenbak verschonen en natuurlijk fijne wandelingen met de hond. Wandelingen duren gemiddeld 30 tot 60 minuten, maar ik stem dit graag af op de leeftijd, conditie en wensen van jouw hond.
Ik vind het belangrijk dat je met een gerust hart van huis kunt. Daarom houd ik je tijdens de oppasperiode graag op de hoogte met foto’s en korte updates, zodat je weet hoe het met jouw huisdier gaat. Mocht er onverhoopt iets gebeuren of een bijzonderheid zijn, dan neem ik uiteraard direct contact met je op.
Ik ben geduldig, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar. Ook schuwe of wat afwachtende dieren geef ik rustig de tijd om aan mij te wennen. Mijn doel is dat jouw huisdier zich comfortabel voelt en zoveel mogelijk zijn of haar eigen routine kan behouden.

Hoi! Ik ben Kim, 35 jaar, en ik woon samen met mijn vriend en onze kat Floki in een appartementje in Zandvoort. Tot een maand geleden hadden we ook nog onze kat Ecko. Helaas hebben we heel onverwacht afscheid van hem moeten nemen door acuut nierfalen. Dat was een enorm verdrietige periode en we missen hem nog elke dag.In mijn ouderlijk huis was er altijd een kat en vroeger heb ik ook een rat en een cavia gehad. Mijn vriend is juist opgegroeid met honden en heeft daarnaast ook een konijn gehad. Onze liefde voor dieren hebben we dus allebei al van jongs af aan meegekregen.Dieren hebben altijd een bijzondere plek in mijn hart gehad. Ik geniet van hun gezelschap, hun verschillende karakters en de onvoorwaardelijke liefde die ze geven. Daarom neem ik graag de tijd om een dier eerst rustig te leren kennen, zodat het zich veilig en vertrouwd voelt.Tijdens huisbezoeken zorg ik natuurlijk voor eten en vers water, maak ik de kattenbak schoon en geef ik alle aandacht, knuffels of speeltijd waar jouw dier behoefte aan heeft. Ook het toedienen van medicijnen is, in overleg, mogelijk.Indien gewenst maak ik tijdens elk bezoek&nbsp; een foto en stuur ik een korte update, zodat je met een gerust hart van huis kunt zijn. Bij honden pas ik de wandeling aan op de behoefte en het tempo van de hond. Of het nu gaat om een rustige wandeling of een wat langere ronde, het welzijn van jouw dier staat voor mij altijd voorop. Ik behandel ieder huisdier met dezelfde liefde, zorg en aandacht als mijn eigen dieren.Ik werk 32 uur in de week, op werkdagen ma, di, do en vrij ben ik één keer per dag na werk of in de avond beschikbaar voor huisbezoeken of een wandeling met uw hond.Op mijn vrije dagen ben ik indien nodig 2x per dag beschikbaar, dit gaat om de woensdag en het weekend.

Ik ben al ruim 20 jaar kattenoppas aan huis en doe dit met veel plezier.
Ik heb ondertussen een grote klantenkring opgebouwd maar heb nog plaats voor nieuwe aanvragen in de omgeving van Haarlem.
Door mijn 18 jaar ervaring als Paraveterinair ( Dierenartsassistente) is uw kat(ten)  in goede handen bij mij tijdens uw vakantie. Mocht uw kat dus medicatie nodig hebben dan is dit geen probleem, alleen katten met suikerziekte gaat helaas niet lukken ivm wisselende diensten.
Ik heb een cattery en ben de trotse blikopener van 14 Maine Coons en 3 "gewone" huiskatten.
Katten zijn dus echt mijn passie en zal uw kat(ten behandelen alsof het mijn eigen kat zou zijn.
Als ik kom oppassen dan kan ik ook meteen binnen de planten water geven, leg de post uit het zicht en kan eventueel de gordijnen regelmatig open en dicht doen zodat het lijkt of u gewoon thuis bent.Tijdens de oppasperiode houdt ik de eigenaar op de hoogte hoe het gaat en stuur ook foto's en filmpjes.Ik pas op in&nbsp; Haarlem ( behalve centrum), Heemstede, Aerdenhout en Bentveld.

Hi, I'm Judy and I moved here from South Africa 8 years ago. I have grown up with dogs most of my life and would love to have one of my own now but we have a mom and son cat duo and I don't want to risk scaring them off by introducing a dog into their space. 
I live close to Groenendalsebos and I regularly walk in the dog section because I love watching how dogs play and interact. I can easily walk around there for over an hour. I'm sure any dog would love the chance to run and smell around the bos with me! I am also quite close to Meermond so I could take a dog for a walk on the lead around there and at the back of Herenboeren too. 
I have a flexible work set up so I could walk dogs and do house visits pretty much any time between 08:00 and 15:00
