"Rafael's profile is one to be trusted! He was so kind and gentle with my 2 dogs from the moment they met. He trust worthy, sent great updates on how the dogs were spending the day and he even washed their bowls after dinner. "Elizabeth kindly agreed to meet my puppy and me beforehand, which I really appreciate. Our communication was very easy, and I immediately felt that I could rely on her. "Ola was amazing. Her communication was perfect. One of my cats is allergic to food and needs constant care and fresh food. Ola took really good care of her and sent me messages with updates all the time. The other cat is very shy and I thought she wouldn’t get closer to Ola. For my surprise I received a picture of the cat sleeping on top of her. Which means Ola is a true cat lover! I recommend Ola’s service and I will myself be a recurrent customer for sure! "
