I am Peruvian and currently pursuing my master studies in Groningen University. I own a nine year old Dalmatian who is in Lima with my family. I love animals and would really love taking care of dogs, as they remind me of my furry friend. I may have left Peru but I still coordinate with my local vet Nala's appointments for bath and vaccines. I love hiking and going for walks with doggies; weight is not a problem as I am used to walk with a 27kg Dalmatian. 
I offer services for taking care at the owner's place for 1-5h and I could also stay overnight in case of traveling. I can also water the plants and receive parcels or the mail. For the walks, they of course include playing with the doggies in the closest park available, I usually go to norderplatsoen 1 hour. I am available usually in the mornings and afternoons and have complete availability during the weekends. 

My name is Aoife, I am 28 years old. I am originally from Ireland but I have just moved to Groningen to return to college to study Psychology. I have spent the last five years working as a network engineer in the IT sector, now I am looking for some part-time work to support my studies.&nbsp;
I come from a dairy farm so I am used to being surrounded by all kinds of animals!! I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I brought my dogs for walks through the forests and beaches around my house in Ireland. And the cats were treated like royalty! I also have experience with rabbits and hamsters. Having grown up with pets I have administered many different medications. For example; worm tablets regularly for the dogs and worm serum for the cats, I minded a dog that had an eye infection so I had to clean the eye and apply eye drops twice a day, and many other things but I have never administered an injection.&nbsp;
I have experience in pet sitting. I minded my parents and siblings' pets when they went on holiday. I also dog-sat for a colleague in Ireland for two weeks last summer. It was a puggle and I worked from their house during the day, so I could take her for walks, feed and play with her, etc.&nbsp;
I am very active so I can bring your dog for a nice long walk to tire them out when you have had a long day at work, or if you are away for a day I can call over to check in on your pet to make sure they are not lonely! I am also available for overnight stays if you decide to go away for the night!

I absolutely adore animals, and they hold a special place in my heart. Growing up, I was lucky to have cats, dogs, and even enjoyed horseback riding. However, since I'm a student now, I couldn't bring my beloved pets from my parents' home, and I've been missing their joyful presence tremendously. That's why I'm eager to be a pet sitter, to fill that furry void in my life and yours! I have hands-on experience caring for a diverse range of animals. During my year abroad, I took care of my host family's incredible menagerie, which included cats, dogs, chickens, sheep, horses, and even cows when they were away on weekends. It was an adventure I cherished.
My range of services includes everything from caring for your animals and providing regular check-ups to offering them a cozy home environment in my shared flat located  on the outskirts of town, surrounded by nature. While my two roomates are incredibly pet-friendly, they won't be directly responsible for or have exclusive interaction with your pet during their stay.
