I'm Leonie, 22 years old and from Germany. 
I do understand Dutch but am limited in my speaking skills. 
I'm studying psychology and as it's a full time studies, I'm studying a lot and am in class a lot. For that reason I want to get a balance in my life which I want to combine with dogs and going on a walk. I have always been in love with the nature and gods and wouldn't mind going with dogs for a long walk. I am an animal lover, in particular dogs. They show and feel emotions which is a comforting zone for me, personally. 
I live right at the Noorderplantsoen togehter with my boyfriend who has had a dog for his entire life. Started off with a German shepherd and now a Labrador (look at the last picture), but as every dutch citizen I do have a bike too so I would be able to get to places a little further. As I have already lived in Groningen for more than two years, I am quite familiar with this cute city and know good places on where to take the dog. 
I haven't had a dog myself but I walked and spent time with dogs of my friends and family (as seen in the attached photos) therefore I know what to look out for and how to take care of them. 
Preferably, I cant take your dog at my place because my landlord has his strict rules about that place. Generally, I don't mind whether the dog is vaccinated or not.

Ik woon in Groningen en ben derhalve in die omgeving beschikbaar om op te passen (in bezit van rijbewijs en auto). Ik kan langskomen om eten en aandacht te geven, te spelen en te knuffelen, kattenbakken schoonmaken etc. In sommige gevallen kan het ook bij mij thuis, maar ik werk doorgaans overdag wel op locatie (en dus niet thuis).
Ik hou erg van dieren maar kan ze zelf thuis niet (permanent) hebben, dus lijkt dit me een leuke manier om toch wat katten/honden/vogel/watdanooktijd te krijgen. Vroeger hadden we in ons gezin katten en vissen, maar ik heb ook ruime ervaring met honden. Ik ben graag buiten in de natuur, ik sport regelmatig, maar ik zit ook gaarne op de bank met een boek of een film of een kat op schoot of dat allemaal tegelijk! Ik spreek Nederlands, Engels en een klein beetje Duits, Frans en Spaans.
Doorgaans ben ik 's ochtends of 's avonds beschikbaar, ma-wo vóór 8 uur en na 17u, do-vrij vóór 10 uur en na 18 uur. Soms ben ik ook een hele dag beschikbaar, dat dan meestal in de eerste helft van de week (en zondag sowieso). Dit geldt zowel voor de huisbezoeken als voor huisoppas. Ik ben als huisoppas dus niet vaak werkelijk een hele dag beschikbaar, maar zal er buiten werk altijd zijn, dus gelijk als een werkend baasje. Als ik wel de hele dag beschikbaar ben, zal ik er ook daadwerkelijk de hele dag zijn.
Ik heb geen ervaring met medicatie toedienen/trainen/trimmen, maar met de juiste instructies is simpele medicatie en training mogelijk. Hetzelfde geldt voor dieren met een speciale "gebruiksaanwijzing", bijvoorbeeld angstig of heel druk. 
Wanneer ik langskom, doe ik dat voor minimaal 30 minuten, als mijn schema het toelaat kan dat ook langer. Hierbij geef ik de nodige/gewenste aandacht, spelen we, aaien en knuffelen en natuurlijk stuur ik foto's en hou ik het baasje van alles op de hoogte. Ook hou ik de omgeving schoon en ververs ik eten, water en kattenbakken. Eventueel kan ik extra klusjes doen zoals post verzamelen, planten water geven, tuinieren of de boekenkast categoriseren ;).
Uitlaten (wanneer beschikbaar) doe ik twee of drie keer per dag, minimaal een half uur, langer in overleg. Dit kan rustig aan of in galop (ik ben fit), met veel andere honden in de buurt of zonder, maar wel altijd aangelijnd zolang ik de hond nog niet goed ken. Liefst zoek ik hier wat natuur voor op, zoals het Noorderplantsoen of Stadspark.
Ik heb voor familie en vrienden, en samen met mijn vriendin ook via dit platform, al veel op katten en honden gepast.

I live in Groningen and am therefore available to take care of pets in that area (I have a driver's license and a car). I can come by to give food and attention, play and cuddle, clean litter boxes, etc. In some cases this can also be done at my home, but I usually work on location during the day (and therefore not at home).
I love animals very much, but I can't have them (permanently) at home, so this seems like a nice way to get some cat/dog/bird/whatever time. We used to have cats and fish in our family, but I also have extensive experience with dogs. I like to be outside in nature, do sports regularly, but I also like to sit on the couch with a book or a movie or a cat on my lap or all of that at the same time! I speak Dutch, English and a little bit of German, French and Spanish.
I am usually available in the morning or evening, Mon-Wed before 8am and after 5pm, Thu-Fri before 10am and after 6pm. Sometimes I am also available for a whole day, usually in the first half of the week (and Sunday anyway). I have no experience with administering medication/training/trimming, but with the right instructions, simple medication and training is possible. The same applies to animals with special "instructions for use", for example anxious or very busy. When I visit, I do so for at least 30 minutes, but if my schedule allows it, it can be longer. I give the necessary/desired attention, we play, pet and cuddle and of course I send photos and keep the owner informed of everything. I also keep the area clean and change food, water and litter boxes. If necessary, I can do extra chores such as collecting mail, watering plants, gardening or categorizing the bookcase ;).&nbsp;
I take walks (if available) two or three times a day, at least half an hour, longer can be discussed. This can be done slowly or at a gallop (I'm fit), with many other dogs around or without, but always on a leash as long as I don't know the dog well yet. I prefer to find some nature for this, such as the Noorderplantsoen or City Park.
I have extensive experience cat or dog sitting for family and friends, and also through this platform (together with my girlfriend).

Ik zal mijzelf even voorstellen. Ik ben Eva, 21 jaar oud en wonend in de prachtige stad Groningen. Hier woon ik al 3 jaar zelfstandig. Daarvoor ben ik opgegroeid in een klein dorpje in Friesland. Hier woonde ik met mijn ouders, twee paarden, een hond en drie katten. Momenteel woon ik in een appartement midden in het centrum van Groningen. Ik ben een fulltime studente HRM aan de Hanzehogeschool. Ik heb een passie voor paardrijden, hardlopen en polefitness.Ik heb altijd al een grote affectie voor dieren gehad. Als kind altijd al te vinden geweest bij de geiten van de buren, bij de paarden op stal of met de honden spelend op het grasveld. Ik ben zelf ook opgegroeid met een hele beestenboel thuis. Momenteel heb ik zelf geen dieren, maar staat staat voor de toekomst zeker wel gepland.Omdat ik al mijn hele jeugd veel omgang heb gehad met dieren vanuit huis, maar ook regelmatig op de dieren van kennissen heb gepast leek het mij super om dit nu ook in Groningen te doen. Ik ben zeer verantwoordelijk en heb ervaring met verschillende grootte en soorten dieren. Ik vind het heerlijk om buiten te wandelen en dat is samen natuurlijk het leukst!. Omdat mijn appartement niet heel groot is, en enkele verdiepingen hoog is het niet mogelijk om bij mij thuis grote honden op te vangen. My name is Aoife, I am 28 years old. I am originally from Ireland but I have just moved to Groningen to return to college to study Psychology. I have spent the last five years working as a network engineer in the IT sector, now I am looking for some part-time work to support my studies.&nbsp;
I come from a dairy farm so I am used to being surrounded by all kinds of animals!! I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I brought my dogs for walks through the forests and beaches around my house in Ireland. And the cats were treated like royalty! I also have experience with rabbits and hamsters. I am missing it very much so I would love to look after your furry friends!!

I absolutely love all animals!! I much prefer being around dogs and cats to being around people, so this is genuinely my dream job!!&nbsp;
Having grown up with pets I have administered many different medications. For example; worm tablets regularly for the dogs and worm serum for the cats, I minded a dog that had an eye infection so I had to clean the eye and apply eye drops twice a day, and many other things but I have never administered an injection.&nbsp;
I have experience in pet sitting. I minded my parents and siblings' pets when they went on holiday. I also dog-sat for a colleague in Ireland for two weeks last summer. It was a puggle and I worked from their house during the day, so I could take her for walks, feed and play with her, etc.&nbsp;
I am very active so I can bring your dog for a nice long walk to tire them out when you have had a long day at work, or if you are away for a day I can call over to check in on your pet to make sure they are not lonely! I am also available for overnight stays if you decide to go away for the night!

I absolutely adore animals, and they hold a special place in my heart. Growing up, I was lucky to have cats, dogs, and even enjoyed horseback riding. However, since I'm a student now, I couldn't bring my beloved pets from my parents' home, and I've been missing their joyful presence tremendously. That's why I'm eager to be a pet sitter, to fill that furry void in my life and yours! I have hands-on experience caring for a diverse range of animals. During my year abroad, I took care of my host family's incredible menagerie, which included cats, dogs, chickens, sheep, horses, and even cows when they were away on weekends. It was an adventure I cherished.
My range of services includes everything from caring for your animals and providing regular check-ups to offering them a cozy home environment in my shared flat located  on the outskirts of town, surrounded by nature. While my two roomates are incredibly pet-friendly, they won't be directly responsible for or have exclusive interaction with your pet during their stay.
