Mijn naam is Selena, een groot dierenliefhebber uit Nederland. Al van jongs af aan ben ik omringd door dieren en inmiddels heb ik jarenlange ervaring als huisdierenoppas, zowel in binnen- als buitenland. Met veel liefde bied ik mij aan als betrouwbare en zorgzame oppas voor jouw viervoeter.

Ik ben de aankomende tijd beschikbaar voor langere oppasperiodes bijvoorbeeld tijdens vakanties of wanneer je voor langere tijd weg bent. Ik begrijp dat een hond of kat vaak voelt als een kind, een echt gezinslid. Daarom zorg ik altijd met volle aandacht, liefde en toewijding, alsof ze van mijzelf zijn. Knuffels, wandelingen, spelen of gewoon gezelschap: ik pas me helemaal aan de behoeften van jouw dier aan.

Zelf heb ik momenteel geen huisdieren en mis ik hun aanwezigheid enorm. Oppassen geeft mij de mogelijkheid om weer die bijzondere band te ervaren én jou als baasje te ontzorgen. Ik geniet van rustige plekken zoals bossen, stranden en de natuur, waar dieren heerlijk kunnen ontspannen.

Daarom weet ik hoe belangrijk het is om iemand te vinden die niet alleen betrouwbaar is, maar ook oprecht liefdevol met ze omgaat wanneer jij er even niet kunt zijn.Mijn ervaring is opgebouwd uit een leven lang liefde en zorg voor dieren. Ik ben opgegroeid met huisdieren, ben nu trotse eigenaar van een energieke Husky, en heb vrijwillig gewerkt in een hondenasiel toen ik in Ierland woonde. Daarnaast loop ik momenteel stage als hondentrimster, waardoor ik nog meer kennis en ervaring opdoe in het professioneel omgaan met honden van alle soorten en karakters. I am an animal lover and a passionate dog mom. I live in the Netherlands with my husband and our three adorable rescued dogs. We moved here from Brazil in 2022, where we have a shelter that supports around 20 dogs who were abandoned or abused. Our shelter provides them with food, care and safety, and is currently run by my father-in-law.
I have always been passionate about helping animals. That’s why I have spent the last few years studying the canine species and learning about their behavior, instincts and needs from their perspective. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I know how to handle different situations and challenges.
I've taken several courses and participated in countless webinars on canine behavior, canine body language, enriched environment, aggression in dogs, puppies, elderly dogs and more.&nbsp;
I offer fun and enriching activities for your furry friend, such as quality walks, games, puzzles and toys. These activities stimulate their senses, exercise their brain and make them happy and satisfied. I also use positive training methods based on scientific research and positive reinforcement, which means I reward the good behavior and ignore the bad ones.

Hi! My name is Yasmeen, and my motivation to be a pet sitter is to reignite my passion for animals. I’ve always had a deep love for pets, especially cats, and living with them in my family home brought me so much joy and comfort. Since moving out, I’ve missed the presence of animals in my daily life, and pet sitting feels like the perfect way to reconnect with that part of me.
