"Joana was an absolute godsend.
We'd never left our 10 year old dog with a sitter before and had no choice but to find one this time, so we were nervous going in.
Meeting Joanna and letting her meet our dog put us at ease immediately!
Her apartment is beautiful and perfect for a small dog, and her warmth and temperament are obvious the moment you meet her.
We left our dog with her for 10 days and got a video update and message every single day.
The whole thing was flawless, our dog was happy, we were happy, and we couldn't have asked for more.
Highly recommend, though selfishly I'd almost rather keep her to ourselves for next time.

I couldn't be happier with the care provided for my two dogs! She was incredibly nice, attentive, and maintained fantastic communication throughout my entire trip. Getting regular updates, photos, and videos gave me complete peace of mind, allowing me to fully enjoy my vacation. My dogs were completely comfortable with her and absolutely adored her! "Great environment, this is the best environment which I experienced the the past 2.5 years in Netherlands with more than 10 different sitters.
Great communication and dog care, everyday few hours walk with my Rio in the westpark also keep sending the new photos to update me the latest status of the dog, which I’m caring the most.
Some suggestions also well received by me, which will be good for me to take care my dog in the future.

"Our old girl Mille had a wonderful stay with Roberta and Rafael. They are both warm, caring and thoughtful dog sitters who gave Mille the same love and care as if she was their own. Roberto and Rafael listened carefully to our concerns and made sure their time together was at the pace which suited Mille the best. We picked up a happy dog, and we couldn't be more grateful. Both before and during our absence communication was fast and we received plenty of photos and updates leaving us assured that Mille was doing well and had a wonderful time.
We will definitely book again and highly recommend Roberta and Rafael to anyone looking for a sitter who will truly care for their loved one. "
