"I chose Joana because she has experience with animals who need extra care. She took really good care of my sick cat and my old dog. Her first impression made me feel confident that she would take good care of my pets. And she did a very good job! She updated me regularly and had good suggestions when needed. "Our dog Jolit stayed with Lida & Mateusz for the weekend. From the very first moment of contact, you could notice that they take great care of your dog. After meeting them, we left Jolit at their place a few days later, and she had a great time.
During her stay, Lida & Mateusz gave us updates with photos and messages of their walks and playtime with Jolit. When we picked her up again, we found her happy, and also a little bit sad to leave her new friends.

"Easy to tell that Shalini is very knowledgeable about cats, knows what to expect and how to handle cats, including for example how to introduce cats to each other. We were not sure our cat can get along well with her cats. She handled the introduction between our cats very well, and it was a success.
