"Lovely Olga and Miguel, were just like family to our beautiful boy, providing all the love, care and personal attention he would normally receive at home from us; so he felt right at home from the beginning - minimising any potential anxiety. At the same time, giving us peace of mind, by providing us with regular communication/updates and photos/videos, as we always miss him terribly when he can't travel with us.
