"Vanaf het eerste moment werden onze honden warm ontvangen en was er veel aandacht voor hun behoeften. Ze hebben 12 dagen bij Lotte gelogeerd en werden uitstekend verzorgd, waardoor wij met een gerust hart van onze vakantie konden genieten. We ontvingen regelmatig foto’s en updates en zagen telkens blije honden. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar!"

"Ik zocht voor de eerste keer een oppas voor mijn lieve pup Snow (Nova scotia toller) Dus heb ik Oscar gecontacteerd, en vroeg of dit mogelijk was voor een heel weekend, en gelijk vanaf het begin reageer hij snel en respectvol, dit gaf mij een goed gevoel, want je wil toch dat je liever dierbare hond in goeie handen is, en dat is die zeker weten zoals verwacht, ik ben ondertussen goed geüpdatet met foto’s en hij was zo blij kon ik zien omdat hij en zijn vriendin samen leuke activiteiten hebben ondernomen. Je kan merken dat hun verstand hebben en weten de omgang met honden, je krijgt hem blij en gezond terug ! Het was voor mij de eerste keer dat ik een oppas had voor mijn lieve Snow, Een absolute aanrader! "

"Dit was eerste keer logeren voor onze poes Daisy en dus de eerste keer via Pawshake. Best spannend dus. Eerst even telefonisch contact gehad met Suzanne en dat voelde meteen goed. De communicatie verliep prettig. De eerste dag was even wennen natuurlijk maar op dag 2 kwam Daisy onder de bank vandaan om de boel te verkennen. Suzanne en Chantal hadden een veilig plekje gemaakt in huis waar ze zich kon terug trekken. We kregen regelmatig foto's en filmpjes en zagen dat het hartstikke goed ging. Toen we Daisy niet op de afgesproken dag konden ophalen en vroegen of ze een nachtje langer mocht blijven was dat helemaal geen probleem. Superfijn! Kortom Suzanne en Chantal: heel erg bedankt voor het oppassen. Mocht het nog eens nodig zijn weten we jullie te vinden. "

"Melin heeft tijdens de bezichtigingen van ons huis meerdere dagen voor onze poes gezorgd. Het is een vrij gestresste en kieskeurige kat, maar ze voelde zich al snel thuis bij Melin en heeft daar een hele fijne tijd gehad. Melin is heel rustig en relaxed als persoon en haar huis is groot genoeg om rust te zoeken, maar niet zo groot dat het een kat in een vreemd pakhuis werd. Wij zijn dus zeer tevreden! "

"We found Silvia a bit last minute but she was easy to contact, very clear and cordial in her communication and very reliable on the day itself. The moment she walked in, her calm and thoughtful nature put me at ease even though it was our first time leaving our pup alone with someone else. She sent occasional updates and photos of our pup during the pet sitting duration and gave us a wealth of insightful advice based on her years of experience handling other dogs.
