My name is Monica and I came from Indonesia to the Netherlands 10 years ago to do my study, and I love this country so much that I decided to stay and work here!
Back home in Indonesia, I have 2 lovely dogs, called Coco and Chloe. My love for dogs became more and more as I watched my dogs grow, and I realized how much love and happiness dogs can give in my life. I miss my dogs everyday; but I am happy to see them as 2 happy spoiled old ladies!!
I would love to have dogs of my own here in the Netherlands, but I am also still very eager to travel and explore the world! Also every year, I would go back to Indonesia for a month, which is why it is too much of a commitment now to have dogs of my own.
However, I love to dog sit for a few days or a few weeks! I took care of +10 dogs (1-2 dogs each time) from various owners, and I had such a great time and also great connection with the dogs. Depending on the dogs, I would take the dog for short or long walks, or even runs if the dog likes it! I have experience with small, medium, and big dogs age 1-15 years old, but I am also open to take care of younger dogs!&nbsp;
I live with my boyfriend, and he loves dogs too. We live in a house on the 1st floor, with a terrace, so your dog will have a place to relax outside! In our neighbourhood, we have a "uitren zone" where the dogs can be let loose! I also like to have long walks or even run with the dogs if possible! 
So what you can expect from us for your dogs are: lots of attention, walks (if preferred), and most importantly, cuddles

My name is Hannah and I'm a freelance graphic designer based in Haarlem. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I come from a family of dog lovers and have always grown up with dogs (welsh terriers!) My parents run a dog boarding business back in the UK which I love helping out with when I visit and it has provided me with a good knowledge and experience of the different breeds, dog body language, personalities and behaviours.
I work remotely and can be flexible so alongside my creative projects I am providing -
Dog walking services - 1 hour walks around the area / local parks (can provide shorter or longer walks if preferred)
Home visits  - 1 or 2 home visits a day to check-in on your furry friend, feed them, take them out and making sure they are looked after whilst you're away.
Dog sitting services - Spending more time with your dog at your home and providing them with their home comforts, attention, walks and lots of cuddles! (daytime/evening for a few hours - please enquire)

After growing up with dogs I understand they are a part of the family (better than humans!). I am extremely reliable and trustworthy and will provide your dog with lots of attention and care, treating them like I would with my own.

We are the Tossels. We love spending time with our Shih Tzu, Charlie, and realised we have room in our hearts (and house) for another wagging tail or two. Both my wife and I work from home and we have lots of time to care for your pet. We live in a quiet street with a nice backyard with plenty of space to play. This is perfect for doggy day care and dog boarding.
As dog owners ourselves, we know how important it is to find a safe and caring home for our pet when we are away. We go on regular walks and send frequent updates and pictures for your peace of mind. 
We will take extra care with setting up a safe area for your pet. We tailor our approach to your pet's needs, whether they are older and need extra attention or young and full of energy. 
Our 1 year old Shih Tzu, Charlie, has a very calm temperament and loves to play with other dogs. He will be a great companion for your pet.

I have lived with dogs for 24 of my 43 years, and they have always been an important part of my life. Over the years, I have learned a great deal about dog behavior, daily routines, exercise needs, and how to make dogs feel comfortable and safe in a home environment.

In addition to caring for my own dogs, I have regularly looked after friends’ dogs while they were away. This experience has allowed me to care for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I understand that every dog is unique and deserves individual attention and care.

I work from home regularly, which allows me to spend plenty of time with the dogs in my care. Dogs are never left alone for long periods and receive regular walks, playtime, attention, and affection throughout the day. I always follow the owner’s instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medication, and any special requirements.

Safety is extremely important to me. I introduce dogs calmly and carefully, keep a close eye on their behavior, and make sure they feel secure and relaxed. In case of an emergency, I remain calm, act responsibly, and contact both the owner and a veterinarian if necessary.
I only accept vaccinated dogs and I always aim to provide a safe, clean, and loving environment where dogs can feel at home while their owners are away. My goal is simple: to give both dogs and their owners complete peace of mind.
I typically provide 3 to 4 walks per day, depending on the dog’s age, energy level, and owner’s preferences. Walks usually last between 20 and 60 minutes. I am comfortable caring for puppies, adult dogs, and energetic breeds. Although I do not have a fenced yard, dogs are always supervised and safely walked on a leash. My focus is to provide plenty of exercise, attention, and a calm environment where every dog feels secure and happy.

Hello hello! I have family dogs of my own that live back in the US and I miss them every day. I love to spend time with animals, if I pet a dog my day is infinitely better. I love seeing their personalities and joy, taking them for walks, playing with toys or just sitting together. I'm patient, having a rescue dog that was found abandoned on the street I am familiar with their quirks and anxieties, and let them adjust and tell me what they need from me.&nbsp;
I have stayed with both dogs and cats (from 2 kittens to 4 cats) many times as a pet and house sitter, and also done visits to just check in and feed them. Obviously having my own dogs and taking care of their dog friends, I have walked multiple dogs and given them both attention so no one gets all dramatic and jealous. I have had pets since I was about 10, first a rabbit, and then dogs, including Labradors and a rescue we think is an Eskimo-Jack Russell (but who knows).&nbsp;
This may be about taking care of the animal, but honestly they take care of us too don't they? I'd love to chat about your pet!

- I am currently working 2 days a week (usually thursday Friday) in The Hague and am away from Leiden those days from 9:30/10:00 until 7ish. Sundays I usually work 12-5 in Leiden. I leave work days open as I've been able to make arrangements around it and arrive after for example or for visiting cats or cats staying at my house that has been alright.
-Happy to do pet sitting in Den Haag also but for visits/walks it is limited to Leiden area. For walks and visits I always hang out with the pet for a while rather than just pop in and leave.&nbsp;
-Open to having pets stay at my apartment upon request/discussion but  I will have at least two workdays as mentioned. Small dogs only for boarding as it is not a big apartment.&nbsp;
-Currently taking bookings up to approx one month in advance.

Ik ben momenteel flexibel beschikbaar in verband met mijn zomervakantie die net begonnen is (zie mijn beschikbaarheid) Dagen zijn in overleg dus stuur gerust een berichtje! Mijn diensten bestaan uit het uitlaten van honden (gemiddeld 30-45 minuten in een rustige, groene omgeving), huisbezoeken (inclusief planten water geven en post verzamelen) en oppassen bij de eigenaar thuis. Ik geef alleen medicatie als dit eenvoudig en niet risicovol is. Ik heb ervaring met rustige en angstige honden en pas me aan aan de behoeften van elk dier, van pup tot senior. Tijdens het oppassen verblijf ik zo lang als gewenst, met aandacht voor veiligheid en hygiëne. Alleen gevaccineerde en gezonde honden worden aangenomen. Mijn doel is dat elk baasje zijn hond met een gerust hart aan mij kan toevertrouwen. 🤎

Although I don’t currently have a pet of my own, animals have always been part of my life. I had a cat in the past, and for the last three years I’ve regularly been pet sitting dogs of all sizes for friends. Spending time with animals is something I truly enjoy — dogs especially have a special place in my heart, and they usually feel comfortable with me very quickly.
I live in a cozy apartment in Leiden, without a garden or balcony, but I’m lucky to be surrounded by beautiful canals and large green parks, perfect for long, relaxed walks. I have a calm and caring personality, but I also enjoy being active outdoors, so your dog will get both affection and proper exercise.
I work full time but mostly from home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention during the day. I’m mainly available on weekdays, and I make sure pets are never left alone for long periods.
I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and I’m comfortable with basic training and positive reinforcement. I’m good at setting gentle but clear boundaries, which helps dogs feel safe and relaxed. Of course, you’ll also receive regular photo updates, so you can travel with peace of mind.

I live in the Netherlands for 11 years, lately in Osdorp area (New-West) in Amsterdam. I'm a Dutch citizen with Ukrainian roots. I deeply love animals, I grew up having 2 cokker-spaniels, turtel and guinea pig. Our dog's couple also had puppies, it was outstanding experience that i really miss. But than life made me change many places for living and traveling, so I'm not yet sure if I can adopt a pet myself, but I always offer help to my freinds to take care of their pets. One of my freind had a cat sick with a cancer and he was needed to be provided with a special medicine every day. The cat didn't allow anyone who tried to give him a medicine to his mouth via injector, but his owner. But I could find a warm and gentle way to him and were taking care of him giving him medicine every day, so my freinds could enjoy vacation. Unfortunately I can't add a video how nicely i interact with pets, but I uploaded a picture of my freind's cat sleeping on my cloth showing me so much love:) I love animals, but especially dogs and cats. I mainly work from home, couple days from the office. My work requires a lot of meantal involvement so i would love to distract my mind spending time with pets. Ik ben Bobbie, 28 jaar, en ik ben mijn hele leven al omringd door honden en katten. Sinds ik klein ben, zijn dieren een groot onderdeel van mijn leven en ik kan me dan ook geen leven zonder honden voorstellen. 

Op dit moment heb ik samen met mijn moeder een lieve Pomeriaan, Loesje. Ze is 3 jaar oud en verblijft afwisselend bij mijn moeder en bij mij. Daarnaast heb ik in het verleden verschillende honden gehad, waaronder twee Franse Bulldogs, een Old English Bulldog en een Yorkshire Terrier. Hierdoor weet ik dat iedere hond zijn eigen karakter, behoeften en gewoontes heeft.

Ik heb ook ervaring met honden die extra zorg nodig hadden vanwege gezondheidsproblemen. Daardoor weet ik hoe belangrijk het is om goed naar een hond te kijken, signalen op te merken en rekening te houden met wat een hond nodig heeft. Ik ben rustig, geduldig en vind het belangrijk om een hond niet te forceren.
De ene hond vindt het heerlijk om uren te spelen en lekker lange wandelingen te maken, terwijl een andere hond misschien liever rustig ligt en eerst even moet wennen. Ik vind het juist leuk om te kijken waar een hond behoefte aan heeft. Als een hond graag naar buiten wil, ga ik met alle plezier lekker wandelen in het bos, naar het park of gewoon een fijn rondje maken. En als een hond liever wat rustiger aan doet, is dat natuurlijk ook helemaal goed.

Ik vind het belangrijk dat een hond zich veilig, comfortabel en geliefd voelt. Ik zal goed voor jouw hond zorgen alsof het mijn eigen hond is en ik vind het ook belangrijk dat jij als baasje met een gerust gevoel je hond aan mij kunt toevertrouwen. 

I'm originally from Los Angeles and studied at the University of Washington in Seattle. Growing up, I had a wonderful dog who was an important part of my life. I was responsible for her daily care, including feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure she always felt happy and loved.
When I moved away for college, I missed having a dog around, so I began walking dogs through Wag in Seattle. It was a great way to spend time with animals while helping busy pet owners, and it confirmed how much I enjoy caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities.
In June 2025, I moved to the Netherlands and am excited to continue offering dog walking and pet care here. I understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I always strive to provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate care.
