Hi! My name is Jorinde, I'm 26 years old, and I've been living in Rotterdam for almost 10 years. Originally, I moved here for my studies, and after completing my master's three years ago, I fell in love with the city and decided to stay. My name is Dimitris and I am a student in the Netherlands from Greece. I believe pets are selfless and a great companion for any occasion. 
I had a dog for my whole childhood, adopting a puppy at the age of 6 with my family and taking care of her for nearly 13 years. We unfortunately had to put her down earlier this year after some health problems. Not being able to have a dog as a student who moves around a lot, dog sitting is a perfect alternative to help someone in need. 
After having a dog my whole life and volunteering in multiple animal organizations, I have extensive experience in animal care. 
I am an athletic and sporty person so I enjoy a daily run or walk which pets, after permission from their owner are more than free to join me in. I live in the center of Rotterdam in a spacious apartment with a balcony, as well as a pet friendly shared garden where pets can run freely. During my day I spend some time working on university projects, which means some downtime for the pets as well. My apartment is in the center which means that there are multiple places to walk around in a beautiful, dog friendly neighborhood. If you wish to leave your pet overnight, the apartment is spacious and soundproof, ensuring no issues with any neighbors, and a large rug where your pet will be comfortable to have a good nights sleep!

If you're looking for a day care or boarding service for your dog, I'm happy to help! I have a small dog (shihtzu breed, male, castrated, 6 years old) called Mosyo. I am currently working from home almost full time, which means I can almost be available in any day. This also helps me to spend more time with my dog and we would be happy to accompany a dog friend with us.&nbsp;
What does it include?
With Mosyo, we're having long walks in the parks nearby, playing and socializing with other dogs. Apart from the outside activities, we cuddle a lot! We would be happy to share the same care and love with your dog as well.&nbsp;
I can help you either on day care (we can arrange the time frame accordingly) or boarding service (including the stay over), both at my place. I don't provide pick up and/or drop off service, so you're more than welcomed to leave and pick up your dog at/from my place.
I would prefer hosting a small or medium sized dog, who is easy going and friendly with other dogs. Before the day care and/or boarding, I do appreciate to spend some amount of time with you and your dog outside to meet with each other and to make sure our dogs are getting along well (safety is important).
I have 6 years of experience of parenting a dog, as well as fostering a street dog for adoption. During your dog's stay, you can be sure that your dog eats his/her meal at the required time, have outside activities, walks, plays and also cuddles with us. I am also experienced in giving oral medication, in case needed. If you're a busy professional working from the office, we can also consider fixing days during the week for your dog to spend the day with us.

Hoi! Ik ben Nika, 26 jaar, en woon in Rotterdam. Ik ben dol op dieren en vind het heerlijk om wat extra tijd door te brengen met honden of katten. Een eigen huisdier staat zeker op mijn verlanglijst, maar omdat ik nu nog wat flexibel leef, vind ik het geweldig om via Pawshake op anderen hun dieren te passen.

Ik geniet van wandelingen, spelen, knuffelen en gewoon samen zijn. Ik heb vaker op honden van vrienden gepast en ook katten verzorgd als zij op vakantie waren – eten geven, even gezellig spelen of gewoon wat aandacht als gezelschap.

Ik vind het belangrijk dat dieren zich veilig en ontspannen voelen, en ik zorg er altijd voor dat ze met rust, liefde en aandacht verzorgd worden. Elk dier heeft zijn eigen karakter en dat maakt het juist zo leuk. Ik kijk ernaar uit om jouw huisdier te ontmoeten!

Ik woon in hartje centrum Rotterdam, hier ben ik ook opgegroeid.&nbsp;
Mijn hele leven heb ik altijd dieren gehad (katten en honden).&nbsp;
Ik woon in een oud school gebouw waar ik veel ruimte heb (binnen en buiten)&nbsp;
Zelf heb ik ook een bengaalse kat die gewend is aan honden en het ook leuk vind om mee te spelen, maar als jou huisdier daar niet aan gewend is of niet leuk vind is er ook een mogelijkheid om mijn kat in een andere ruimte te plaatsen waar hij ook helemaal content mee is.&nbsp;
Deze mogelijkheid om zo met diertjes om tegaan en te werken zie ik als een droombaan eigenlijk :), al een lange tijd wil ik dit doen en nu ga ik dat ook doen hihi.&nbsp;
Het liefst wel dieren die gevaccineerd zijn :)
Mijn beschikbaarheid hoeveel is nog een beetje onbekend want ik heb nu nog een parttime baan maar daar ga ik binnenkort weg en dan heb ik alle tijd van de wereld om hier full time mee bezig te zijn.&nbsp;
Nog wat dingen over mezelf, Ik ben gestopt met school op m'n 16e dat bleek echt helemaal niks voor mij te zijn, na 6 scholen geprobeerd te hebben ben ik veel gaan werken hier en daar tot een paar jaar geleden ben ik het kapstersvak ingerold. Daar mocht ik gelijk in een zaak beginnen en leren en werken tegelijkertijd.&nbsp;
Ik geloof heel erg in dat je altijd moet gaan voor wat je wilt doen of wilt uitproberen en niet geloven dat je er alleen komt met een papiertje etc. Je komt er altijd als je iets wilt, en dus ook zo mijn verdere keuze naar deze nieuwe stap, ik voel me altijd het meest begrepen door dieren en vind het de mooiste en puurste wat er is op deze aardbol.&nbsp;
Mijn service is heel simpel eigenlijk, ik pas op het diertje hoe die thuis ook wordt behandeld alleen nog met een vleugje extra liefde ;).

I've always loved animals and during my whole childhood we always had both cats and dogs in the family.As an adult, I decided to adopt a kitten 8 years ago, who is my best friend ever since then. He is fully vactinated and seems to be having the best time of his life :)Because of already having a cat, and also travelling quite a lot, I could not responsibly take a dog. However I was missing dogs' company. That's how I decided to apply for dog walking volunteer job at the animal shelter in Gouda. I walked all kinds of dogs there every week for 6 month.As I recently moved to Capelle aan den IJssel, sadly I had to give up my dog walker job in Gouda.I would be the happiest to take walks with your dog in the area. :) I am working from home on Mondays and Wednesdays, so even a lunch break walk is possible those days, or evening and mornings as well as weekends and weekdays as needed and as we agree.
