"Ik ben ontzettend blij met de zorg die mijn kat heeft gekregen. Vanaf het eerste moment werd er met veel geduld, liefde en aandacht voor hem gezorgd. Ik kreeg regelmatig updates, waardoor ik met een gerust hart wist dat hij in goede handen was.
Er werd echt rekening gehouden met zijn karakter en behoeften, en dat waardeer ik enorm. Je merkt dat er veel ervaring en liefde voor dieren is. Mijn kat voelde zich op zijn gemak en werd met alle zorg behandeld.

"My dog Coffee đśâď¸stayed with Miles and Jenny for three weeks, and I couldnât be more thankful for how well they cared for him.
From the very beginning, I felt reassured knowing he was in such good hands. They sent me regular updates with photos đ¸which not only showed me Coffee was happy and relaxed but also made me smile every timeđ¤
The guys were so attentive to every little detail. They kept track of Coffeeâs food and let me know in advance when it was running low, even helping with receiving the food delivery when I couldnât manage it myself. They truly went above and beyond!
On top of that, on my way back home, my flight was delayedâď¸and I ended up arriving a whole day later than planned đąMiles and Jenny were so understanding and flexible, keeping Coffee with them for the extra time without any hassle. Itâs clear they genuinely care about the pets they look after, and Coffee seemed so happy and well-cared-for when I picked him up.
Iâm so grateful for the love and care they gave to Coffee while I was away â¤ď¸Itâs such a relief to know thereâs a place I can completely trust to treat him like family. Iâll definitely be bringing him back in the future. Huge thanksđAnd thank you for the polaroids! "

"Ilja and her partner Mario took amazing care of my cat and I couldnât have asked for a better experience. From the first time getting in touch, they were incredibly friendly, flexible, exhibited strong communication, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Normally Iâm a little anxious leaving my cat in a new place but with Ilja & Mario that was absolutely not the case đ They kept me updated with lovely photos and messages, so I always knew everything was going well. They thought along and were proactive in their approach - e.g. when my catâs automatic feeder didnât seem to work, without any hassle they proposed another solution.
Next to being affable towards humans, itâs obvious they genuinely care about and love pets, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my cat in their hands. Iâm so grateful for all their help and wouldnât hesitate to book them again. I strongly recommend Ilja and Mario to anyone looking for reliable and caring pet sitters. 100/5!"

"Denis and Kate took wonderful care of Nala during my weekend away. They were very punctual, reliable and kept me updated regularly with messages and photos which gave me a lot of peace of mind during my trip. Nala had such a lovely weekend with them, including walks and plenty of attention and care. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and they genuinely cared about her wellbeing and happiness. "Yuyue took exceptional care of my dog Ozzy for three months. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely affectionate. My dog received excellent care and lots of love and playtime! I'm sure he loved the doggie sleepovers with other dogs she looked after as well as a whole sofa to sleep on haha. "Het is duidelijk dat Ruben echt van honden houdt en aandacht besteedt aan zijn gasthondjes. Onze chihuahua heeft een superleuke week gehad, waarbij Ruben hem zelfs twee woordjes Spaans geleerd heeft! Ons hondje heeft veel energie en Ruben heeft fijne wandelingen met hem gemaakt in Amsterdam, wat onze hond heerlijk vindt. We kregen elke dag updates en foto's/videos, met goede feedback. Ruben vormde met zijn eigen hond en de andere gasthond echt een tijdelijke roedel, waarin onze chihuahua zich meteen thuisvoelde. Ik had bijna het idee dat ons hondje niet meer weg wilde :), maar natuurlijk was hij blij ons weer te zien. Dank je wel voor je goede zorgen en open communicatie!"

"Tweede keer in korte tijd hebben Luca en Tessy bij Hasret gelogeerd. Alweer elke dag veel fotoâs en filmpjes en zeer vrolijke honden. Zonder twijfel zitten je honden hier op de beste plek en hoef je je geen zorgen te maken over hoe het met ze gaat. Veel 1-op-1 aandacht en dag en nacht iemand aanwezig. Prijs is hoger dan bij een commercieel pension waar 30 tot 100 honden verblijven maar je krijgt er ook veel meer voor terug. Hier 1 hond per boeking tenzij de honden uit hetzelfde huishouden komen. Je hond zit dus nooit in dezelfde ruimte met een vreemde hond. Uitlaten is 5x per dag een goede wandeling in het park of in de natuur waarbij je hond 100% de aandacht krijgt. Heel wat anders dus dan het commerciĂŤle pension waar honden bij mooi weer op de speelweide mogen, bij slecht weer in een hokje blijven en het enige contact met mensen op de voedermomenten is. Bij Hasret alle ruimte in huis en in de tuin en lekker spelen met honden uit de buurt als ze elkaar mogen. Wanneer ze vriendjes hebben gemaakt met andere honden dan worden zelfs de uitlaatmomenten zo afgestemd dat ze elkaar regelmatig kunnen zien. Nogmaals hartelijk dank en tot de volgende keer!!"

"Iâm so happy with the care my cat Mishka received! Vlada and her boyfriend are truly wonderful people, very warm, kind, and clearly love animals very much. "Mehmet is een geweldige oppas hier zou je huisdier met een gerust hart kunnen toe vertrouwen. Hij communiceert goed en is zeer vriendelijk, tijdens de oppas krijg je videoâs van jouw huisdier toe gestuurd, Mehmet is erg zakelijk tijdens het ophalen van mijn huisdier was haar tas en al stipt optijd in gepakt en kon ik mij huisdier gelijk al op de hand overnemen. Dit was mijn eerste ervaring met pawshake en ik heb al direct fijne vaste oppas gevondenâĽď¸. "

"Marco is a fantastic pet sitter!
Marco picked up and dropped off our old dog Trofim by himself, sent a daily photo report, and helped with the pills that had to be given to the dog twice a day. The dog returned to us happy and didn't want to say Marco goodbye. To be honest, it even seems to us that Trofim spent time with Marco better than we did on our mini-vacation :D

"Wieneke en Dick zijn ontzettende lieve mensen met een grote liefde voor dieren, en dat merk je.
Ons kennismakingsgesprek was een warm bad, zelfs onze Kira ( 14 mnd labradoodle ) heeft het al tijdens het gesprek ontzettend naar haar zin, spelen met Wieneke en Dick en de bal, en gelijk op haar plaats.
Toen we haar kwamen brengen voor de oppas piepte ze al van vreugde nog voor de deur open ging.
Kira heeft ontzettend genoten, en ook Wieneke en Dick hebben zichtbaar genoten van het oppassen op onze hond wat ook erg fijn is!
Tijdens het verblijf werden we regelmatig op de hoogte gehouden door app's en foto's, voor onze eigen gemoedsrust :)
Ik kan Wieneke Van harte aanbevelen voor de oppas, ik zal onze Kira zonder twijfel en zonder zorgen nog eens bij Wieneke en Dick brengen voor de oppas!
