"We were so happy with Urania’s service while we were away on vacation! She took amazing care of our dog Penélope and made us feel completely at ease the whole time. The most important thing for us was seeing how comfortable and relaxed Penélope was with her — she behaved perfectly at home, and everything went smoothly.
Urania is truly someone who loves dogs and always goes above and beyond what’s expected. She even surprised Penélope with a little gift at the end of her stay, which was such a sweet touch! "Although it was our first time leaving our dog with a pet sitter, she came home very happy thanks to Sarah and Marcus. Our dog had a limp before we left her, but they gave her special care and we noticed her limp had improved when we picked her up. They sent us regular updates with photos and videos, and our dog looked really happy playing with the other dogs while we were away. "I chose Joana because she has experience with animals who need extra care. She took really good care of my sick cat and my old dog. Her first impression made me feel confident that she would take good care of my pets. And she did a very good job! She updated me regularly and had good suggestions when needed. "We had such a lovely experience leaving our dogs with Suzette. About two weeks before our ski trip, the person who normally looks after our dogs unfortunately had to cancel, so we suddenly had to find someone on quite short notice. Luckily Suzette was able to help us, and we’re really grateful she could.
Throughout the week she kept us updated with sweet photos and little messages about how the dogs were doing, whether they had eaten well or enjoyed their walks. It was very reassuring to know they were in such good hands while we were away.
When we picked them up, the dogs came home completely relaxed and calm, which says everything about how comfortable they felt with her. The whole experience just felt really good.
We would absolutely leave our dogs with Suzette again and will definitely keep her in mind for future holidays or whenever we need someone to look after them"

"During our vacation we left our cat, Auri, for 2 weeks at Peis place. In this time she also took care of some other cats at her place and it was the first time for Auri to stay with other cats. Pei was really sensitive and let the cats get in touch with each other one step at a time. She sent us a lot of fotos and videos of our cat and made sure we can enjoy our holiday knowing our cat is fine. We will definetly book Pei on another holiday again."

"We left our dog Ceku with Gizem for three days, and we are so happy we did. They kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which meant a lot to us. It was clear that they genuinely cared about Ceku’s wellbeing, not just as a job but as something they actually enjoyed doing.
Their own dog is also very sweet, calm and gentle, which made the environment relaxed for Ceku.
Our dog has had surgery on her leg, so there are certain movements she should avoid. Gizem and her partner were very careful about this from the start.
