Greetings! My name is Laura and I have had dogs, cats, fish, frogs, turtles, rabbits, and hermit crabs since my childhood. I love animals! And I love to see them happy. If you are looking for someone for long walks and/or long sessions of petting, I am ready for the task! I have particular experience with pill regiments and dogs and cats that require special care and attention. I work from home, so your furry family member will get loads of time and attention. I also live next to a few different parks, so walks will be always be new and exciting. (One caveat, I have a lot of stairs in my home, so unless your dog is small and I can carry him or her, make sure stairs will not be a problem for your pet.) I know the anxiety of leaving your pet with a stranger--I have cried occasionally saying goodbye!--but I can assure you, your pet will get a lot of love and a lot of sympathy when they miss you. I will take care of your furry family member while you are away! A few things: I can only take potty trained dogs and cats. Please bring everything your pet may need, including food, treats, favorite chew toys, and a leash and collar. Please drop your dog washed and fully groomed. No dirty dogs please!


My love for dogs is a lifelong story passed down by my animal-loving parents. I grew up surrounded by pets. Over the years, dogs have truly been the heartbeat of our home. We shared 14 beautiful years with a beloved Shih-Tzu, giving me deep experience in puppy,adult and senior dog care, and last year we welcomed a spirited new pup who is now one year old and fills our house with joyful energy.

I've always loved animals and during my whole childhood we always had both cats and dogs in the family.As an adult, I decided to adopt a kitten in 2017, who was my best friend till he moved to cat-heaven.Because of already having a cat, and also travelling quite a lot, I could not responsibly take a dog. However I was missing dogs' company. That's how I decided to apply for dog walking volunteer job at the animal shelter in Gouda. I walked all kinds of dogs there every week for 6 month.As I recently moved to Capelle aan den IJssel, sadly I had to give up my dog walker job in Gouda.I would be the happiest to take walks with your dog in the area. :) I am working from home on Mondays and Wednesdays, so even a lunch break walk is possible those days, or evening and mornings as well as weekends and weekdays as needed and as we agree.Also happy to take care of cats and dogs in their own home or at my place. I’m a 26-year-old with a super flexible schedule and a lifelong love for animals — big, small, wild, or cuddly. I grew up surrounded by all kinds of creatures and have lots of hands-on experience caring for them. 
A few years ago, I volunteered at an animal shelter in Mauritius, where I helped care for stray cats and dogs — many malnourished or injured. It taught me a lot about patience, gentleness, and giving extra love to animals who really need it.
I also passed the Attestation d’aptitude à la détention de chiens de catégorie 1 et 2, which means I’m officially qualified to care for strong or regulated breeds (pitbulls, rottweilers, etc.) — so if you’ve got a powerful pup, you’re in safe hands! I adapt to each animal’s needs with calm, confident care. Even though I can’t have pets in my apartment, I miss being around them every day.

This includes food, medication, litter trays and some quality time with your pets. I will also water plants and collect packages for you if needed.- Dog walking ‍🦺. Your dog will receive at least a 30 minute walk (usually longer). I can do this once or twice a day.&nbsp;- House sitting . I come to your home to spend time with your pets for longer periods. (Please note, the €25 option does not include overnight stays, I come during the daytime and work from your home so that I am with your pets through the day but I return to my own place in the evening/overnight. For overnight stays there is an extra charge and costs €35 per day.)- Pet hotel . You can bring your pets to my home (we have a large house in valkenburg with a garden and run a cat 'hotel' and doggy daycare style accommodation). Here the cats would have their own room away from my own pets, and any dogs would have access to the garden for most of the day. Your pets will need to be de-flea and de-wormed with no conditions that may be contagious (FiV, FLeu, e.t.c) to qualify for this service.&nbsp; Please note - dog walking is a separate service, and not included as standard in the home visit, pet hotel and house sitting options. Hoi!&nbsp;Ik ben Noam, 31 jaar en baasje van Stewie (keeshondje) en Morty (kat) samen met mijn vriendin. Ik heb in het verleden altijd moeite gehad een oppas te vinden voor Stewie en vond het altijd vreselijk om hem lang alleen te laten. Nu werk ik vaker thuis en wil ik graag andere baasjes helpen die niet altijd de tijd hebben om hun hondje uit te laten overdag. Ik heb zelf mijn hele leven hondjes gehad en ook op meerdere honden gepast gedurende uren, dagen en ook weken. Stewie is een makkelijke hond en gaat goed samen met andere honden. Ik heb zelf een ruime auto en Stews en ik houden van lange wandelingen variërend tussen een half tot wel 3 uur. Uiteraard hangt dit ook af van de leeftijd en fitness van jouw hondje!&nbsp;Verder ben ik flexibel qua dagen en tijden en is veel in overleg mogelijk. Ik doe het niet voor het geld maar omdat ik het met meer diertjes in huis gezellig vindt en zo kan voorkomen dat je beste maatje onnodig alleen thuis zit.&nbsp;Past mijn profiel bij jou hondje?
