"Ysabelle took wonderful care of my cat for 9 nights. She kept me updated several times a day with photos and messages, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. She was reliable, friendly, and clearly loves animals, even my cat, who can be a bit shy, really liked her and her partner. When I came home, my cat was happy, healthy, and well cared for. "Mariana took great care of Milo during his overnight stay. She sent updates and treated him with tricks and treats, which he absolutely loves!
Milo can sometimes be scared of slippery floors, and she handled it very nicely. Communication was smooth, and everything was exactly as agreed.
