"Thanks to Shu Ming & Ed, we could travel in peace knowing that our reactive dog was well taken care of 🥰 They went out of their way to bring him on car rides to play ball in secluded places, and even brought him to Shu Ming’s pet-friendly office! Communication was easy and fast from the beginning, and they sent updates & pictures/videos multiple times a day without even asking. "We were looking for pet boarding last minute since we were leaving for vacation(original sitter backed out) and Giulio really came through for us. He took care of Brandy like his own - took her to parks / played with her / fed her well and sent us lots of pictures and videos while we were away. Brandy is a a super sweet but energetic foster dog that sometimes barks at dogs and people while walking. Giulio made her feel super comfortable and took her for long walks to let her release energy. I recommend Giulio for anyone looking to board/ walk their pets as he seems to be a very calm caretaker and seems to have a lot of experience handling various kids of dogs. "
