"Lotus looked after my dog (Harriet) for a day. She was super welcoming and friendly in her communication before, during and after the stay. Harriet clearly felt very comfortable staying with Lotus. "Daniela is a really sweet, calm and kind person. My shy and anxious dog Eva immediately settled in with her - which itself is a big indication that Daniela's vibe is really good! She understands dog communication and was very patient and calm to make Eva feel comfortable in her home. She was also very timely with her updates. During the meet and greet, Daniela was also curious to know Eva's routine and nick-nacks and proactively asked questions for understanding Eva.
