I have lived my whole life surrounded by animals, and taking care of them has always been a natural part of my daily routine. At home, I have three Golden Retrievers who are truly part of my family. Over the years, I have also cared for cockatiels, parrots, and a cat, which gave me valuable experience with different types of pets and their unique personalities. Because of this, I developed a deep connection with animals and a strong understanding of how much love, patience, and attention they need.

Ik ben deze zomer geslaagd van het VWO en heb nu een tussenjaar. Ik ben aan het sparen voor een grote reis naar Zuid-Oost Azië. Mega leuk!
Als klein meisje had ik een konijn, later had ik een kat en nu heb ik een andere kat en ook nog een hond. Ik heb ook van mijn 6e tot en met mijn 16e op paardrijden gezeten, dus bang voor dieren ben ik zeker niet :).Ik heb t altijd geweldig gevonden om samen met dieren te zijn, of t nou wandelen is (waar ik enorm van hou) of lekker binnen zitten samen. Een dier maakt dan alles beter. Ik vind het super leuk als dieren eigenwijs zijn, vandaar dat ik puppy's / jonge honden het leukst vind.

I worked as a pharmacy tech at a vet for 2 years. I have taken care of a dog (15 years) and my 2nd dog is now (3 years) old. They are the loves of my life. I enjoy every second I spend with him. I love spending time with any pets I find. Even if it's just 5min to give them some pets. I take the utmost care of any animal I see to the best of my abilities. I have pet sit for numerous families in the states. I moved to Amsterdam permenantly in May of last year. I work well with dogs or cats of any size and any breed. I am retired now at (29 years) and have a lot of free time. Prefer vaccinated pets only in my home but can house sit for any others. I spend most of the entirety of the day with my dog. I can house up to 2 dogs at a time in addition to my own. I can administer medicine by mouth, ear or subcutaneously. I can do 2-3 walks per day. I take the dog out as long as they need and never more than 30 minutes. Aside from going to the gym for an hour and a half a day, I have full availability to look after animals. I have a tall fully fenced backyard. I have a roommate who has no objections to pets in the home. Animals may sleep in my bed, on the floor, in a dog bed, in a crate, on my couch or anywhere else they prefer. Looking forward to meeting you and your fur babies.

At one point, we had two huskies at the same time. They were full of energy, a bit wild, but incredibly sweet and loving. Taking care of them taught me a lot about different temperaments and energy levels, and I wouldn’t trade those memories for anything. They even had puppies once — it was a wild (and adorable!) ride.
