Ik  ben Cleo en ik woon samen met mijn moeder en onze hond, een Border Collie genaamd Tibby. Tibby houdt van met de bal spelen en katten jagen. Ze is een zeer intelligente hond, maar heeft niet altijd zin om te luisteren, haha. Natuurlijk zorg ik er wel voor dat zij zich gedraagt wanneer dat nodig is. Ze zeggen soms dat het huisdier op hun baasjes lijken, we zijn beide altijd een beetje eigenwijs :p
I'm living together with my mom and our dog, a Border Collie named Tibby. Tibby loves playing with the ball and chasing cats. She is a very intelligent dog, but she doesn't always listen when she doesn't feel like doing it, haha. Naturally, I make sure she obeys when necessary. They say that pets take after their owners, we are both always a little stubborn :p
In mijn vrije tijd kijk ik graag tv, lees graag boeken en knutsel ik vrij veel. Ik ben een rustig persoon die niet al te veel het huis uit gaat. Ik ben momenteel werkeloos en afgestudeerd in 2020, waardoor ik deze zomer tijd heb om op huisdieren te passen! 
In my free time, I like to watch tv, read books and craft a lot. I am a quiet person that doesn’t leave the house too often. I am currently unemployed and graduated back in 2020, that’s why I have time to pet sit this summer!
Ik heb dieren altijd al erg leuk gevonden. In mijn jeugd, hadden we een andere hond; Lody. Een Hollandse Schapendoes, maar eigenlijk een bal haar dat rondloopt. Hij was niet de slimste hond, maar hij was perfect voor (onvoorzichtige) kinderen. Hij deed geen vlieg kwaad, maar hem echt trainen was geen optie, haha. Gelukkig kende hij de basis commando's door puppy training en dat was genoeg.
I’ve always liked animals a lot. In my childhood, we had a different dog; Lody. A Dutch sheepdog, basically a heap of hair that walks around. He wasn’t the smartest dog, but he was perfect for (uncareful) children. He wouldn’t hurt a fly, training him thoroughly was not an option, haha. Thankfully, he knew the basic commands from puppy training and that was sufficient. 
Vanaf 8 jaar ben ik begonnen met paardrijden en het voelde altijd heel goed om samen te werken met een dier. Naarmate ik meer ervaring kreeg, werd ik vaak toegewezen tot de ‘moeilijkere’ paarden. Ook begon ik in mijn tienerjaren met het helpen op stal en het helpen van zadelen voor jongere kinderen. Paarden kunnen vrij gevaarlijk zijn, daarom is het altijd belangrijk om autoriteit uit te stralen wanneer je met moeilijke paarden te maken krijgt.
From 8 years old, I started horseback riding and it always felt great to collaborate with an animal. When I got more experience, I was assigned to more ‘difficult’ horses. In my teenage years, I also started to help at the stables and help younger children saddling the horses. Horses can be quite dangerous, so it’s important to radiate authority when dealing with difficult horses. 
Deze methode gebruik ik ook met mijn hond Tibby, als zij zich moet gedragen. Gelukkig is er ook altijd tijd voor knuffels, maar alleen als Tibby er zin in heeft haha
I still apply this attitude when I want my dog, Tibby, to behave. Luckily, there’s always time for cuddles as well, but only when Tibby wants cuddles haha
Als ik met dieren in contact ben, voel ik mij het meest gelukkig. Daarom heb ik in 2017 vrijwilligerswerk gedaan bij het dierenopvangcentrum Tilburg. Hier hielp ik met de honden uitlaten (individueel) en het socialiseren van de katten (groepsomgeving). Het behouden van een rustige uitstraling is belangrijk bij het contact van deze dieren. 
When I’m in contact with animals, I feel most happy. That’s why I volunteered at the animal shelter in 2017. Here I helped with walking the dogs (individually) and socialising the cats (group).  In contact with these animals it’s important to keep a calm appearance. 
Meer recentelijk bied ik mijn oppas diensten aan, aan vrienden met huisdieren (vooral katten). Veel mensen gaan tijdens deze periode op vakantie en het is belangrijk dat er iemand is die het dagelijkse leven van het huisdier kan opvangen. Daarom denk ik het dat het beste is om thuis op te passen op uw huisdier. Voor mijn vrienden verblijf ik tijdens de periode dat de baasjes van huis zijn, ook bij hun thuis. Hierdoor kan ik de regelmaat aanhouden waar het huisdier aan gewend is. 
More recently, I have been offering my pet sitting services to my friends (who mostly have cats). Many people are going on holidays during this period and it’s important that there is someone to facilitate the daily life of the pet. That’s why I think it is best if I pet sit at home. When I pet sit for friends, I also stay at their house while the owners are away. This way I can keep the daily routine that the pet is used to. 
Ik kan helaas niet bij mij thuis oppassen. Wel kan ik komen halen en brengen voor uitlaatservice. Ik zal dan een goed park in de buurt uitkiezen, of een wandelroute aanhouden waar het huisdier aan gewend is. Natuurlijk kunnen wij dit allemaal ook bespreken over de chat op Pawshake! :)
Unfortunately, I am not able to pet sit at my own home. Picking up for a walk is possible however, I will choose a park near your house to walk at or keep to the walking route that your pet is used to. Of course it’s possible to discuss all these details and more in the chat of Pawshake! :)

Ik ben Claudia, 45 jaar en een grote dierenliefhebber en woon in Katwijk aan den Rijn. Ik geniet elke dag nog steeds van mijn twee katten Lola en Senna (beiden 7 jaar oud inmiddels). Ik heb mijn hele leven lang katten als huisdier gehad en heb dus veel ervaring met deze dieren.Ik begrijp maar al te goed dat soms wegens omstandigheden of vakantie het moeilijk kan zijn voor iemand om continue aanwezig te zijn voor de dieren of de dieren eten te geven. Daarom wil ik bij afwezigheid / vakantie best langs komen om de dieren voedsel, water en een aai te geven in Katwijk / Rijnsburg en Valkenburg.Tevens ben ik ook inzetbaar als hondenoppas of uitlaten van een hond in de buurt (Katwijk, Rijnsburg en Valkenburg). Ik heb ervaring met het uitlaten van honden van vrienden en familie en ik loop graag een blokje om met uw viervoeter en/of houd er ook van om lekker actief te zijn met honden. Ben flexibel met vrije dagen en tijden, dus daar valt doorgaans altijd wel een mouw aan te passen.Heeft u dus een hondenoppas nodig, iemand die de hond uitlaat of de poezen te eten en een knuffel geeft bij afwezigheid, aarzel dan niet om contact met mij op te nemen. Hallo, allemaal! Mijn naam is Chris en hierbij wat meer informatie over mij en wat ik aanbied!Ik wil heel graag mensen helpen met hun huisdieren. Hierbij hoort dus voor mij honden uitlaten (15-45min), op huisbezoek voor bijv uw kat of konijn te verzorgen (30-45min) en natuurlijk in die tijd, lekker uw huisdier wat extra aandacht geven! Het liefste blijf ik wel in mijn omgeving voor het verzorgen en uitlaten (omgeving Het Lien, The Mall, rond de Vliet/het sluisje) want die plekken ken ik toch het beste en kom ik het makkelijkst zonder rijbewijs! Hier weet ik precies goede weggetjes om lekker te wandelen met uw hond!&nbsp;Ik ben de meeste dagen wel beschikbaar, met een redelijk makkelijk aan te passen schema, om u en uw huisdieren te helpen! Ik werkte zelf in de paarden dus ben veel bezig geweest met paarden en heb ook verzorgpaarden! Ik heb zelf ook een hondje, een kleine teckel! Ik heb wel al meerdere verschillende honden gehad en uitgelaten (een labrador van ons zelf, een viszla van mijn grootouders, verschillende honden uitgelaten voor mensen in de buurt) en heb wel al vaker huisbezoeken en opgepast op katten van de buren en van m'n zus. Ik vind dit altijd heel leuk! Met dieren werken en tijd spenderen aan dieren is mijn favoriete bezigheid! En als ik dan daarmee andere mensen een dienst kan doen! Is dat al helemaal fijn! Ik kan ook orale medicatie geven aan je huisdier! Ik heb mijn eigen hond verschillende keren orale spuitjes en pilletjes moeten geven, dus heb daar enigszins ervaring mee als het nodig is!Ik ben alleen zelf niet heel groot en sterk, dus hele grote honden of honden die HEEL hard trekken kan ik helaas niet makkelijk mee wandelen. Dan word ik eerder over straat getrokken dan dat ik de hond uitlaat jammer genoeg! Maar voor de rest ben ik een hoop gewend! Puppies, oude hondjes en senioren, los lopen met je hond, gewoon aan de riem, alles kan! Vooral je hond actief houden en aandacht geven, dat is het belangrijkste!Hopelijk heb ik u hiermee genoeg geinformeerd en enthousiast gemaakt over mij en mijn diensten! I am passionate about animals and have always enjoyed spending time with them. Growing up, I had the joy of caring for our Chihuahua and my Grandpa's German Shepherd, which deepened my love for pets. From a young age, my sister and I would walk multiple dogs at once in our hometown in Finland, giving me a wealth of experience in handling and understanding various breeds and temperaments. I’ve also had the opportunity to pet sit for cats, broadening my experience with different types of animals.
My motivation for pet sitting comes from my genuine love for animals, and I take pride in providing them with the attention and care they deserve. This also allows me to earn some extra income while pursuing my studies abroad.
My services: 
My services include pet walking, daytime pet sitting, and even overnight stays to ensure your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I understand the importance of trust and reliability in pet care, which is why I only accept vaccinated pets into my home to maintain a safe and healthy environment. While I am not trained to provide grooming or formal training, I can administer medication as long as the owner has thoroughly explained when, how and what medication to give. However, I am not able to handle medication that require injections.
In terms of boarding, I typically board one dog at a time to ensure they get my full attention. However, if the dogs are from the same owner, I can board up to two dogs at the same time.
For dog walks, I am flexible and can do walks ranging from 15 minutes to couple of hours, depending on your dog's needs. My usual walks are between 30 minutes to an hour. I can also offer multiple walks per day, with a preferred maximum of 3 walks, depending on my schedule. Feel free to discuss your pet's specific needs with me!
My availability:
I am currently a university student with a flexible schedule. I only have 4 in-class courses per week, each lasting 3 hours. This means I'm available to spend with pets whenever I don't have a class or exams. I can study from home, so during dog boarding or daycare, I can ensure your pets are well-supervised for most of the day. 
Pets won't be left alone for more than 3 hours during boarding, and no more than 1 hour during daycare. While I can't provide 24/7 supervision due to my classes, I am dedicated to spending as much time with your pets as possible, fitting pet care into my routine when I'm home. On weekends I am free and thus available for the whole day, depending on my schedule. Feel free to reach out about my availability for specific dates, and I'll do my best to accommodate your pet's needs! 
My home situation:
I live in a pretty spacious apartment with two roommates; my sister and our good friend. We will make sure that pets feel welcome and comfortable in our home. Guest pets are allowed to sleep wherever they feel most comfortable, whether that is my room, the living room, or the hallway. 
While we don't have a private backyard, we live in a calm neighbourhood with a large grassy area right next to our building, perfect for playtime and walks. Although it's not fenced, it's a peaceful spot where pets can enjoy outdoor time while supervised. There are also parks nearby for longer walks.

About services: we provide dog boarding, daycare, and dog walking sometimes. There's a big dog park near my home, hence I will take our furry friends there for fun, such as meeting new friends, fetching balls , agility training etc. I can also train your dog some tricks. I only board 1 dog at one time for better taking care of your dog. I walk 2-3 times a day.

About our home and our time: we both work from home, and someone will always be at home for the dog. Your dog will sleep in our living room.

2. The dog is well behaved. We don't welcome barkers and aggressive dogs. Especially don't welcome those who like barking all the time and at night.
3. The biters are not welcome.
