I am a 20 year old, Hungarian psychology student at Leiden University with a passion for pets.
As an international student I certainly miss my family, so I can definetly relate to how your pet must feel while you are away. Similarly, I also know that nothing is better to fight loneliness than company. Heretofore, I would love to spend time with your pet(s) and giving them all the attention and care that they deserve and need.
Throughout my childhood, my family had numerous pets (mainly dogs and cats) and I always loved spending time with them no matter if it meant bonding over feeding them or playing with them. Sadly however, as a student, I cannot afford to have a pet at this moment in time. Since I feel like pets are missing from my life these days, as soon as I found out about this app, I knew I had to register and take my chances at meeting new pet-buddies.
As a student, though I cannot have a pet of my own currently, I do possess a very flexible time-schedule which would allow me to accommodate to your beloved pet's timely needs very well.

Hello!! I'm Sena, I currently live in Leiden as I'm studying at Leiden University. I'm from Istanbul,Turkey, also known as 'The City of Cats' and I have a genuine love for all animals.&nbsp;
Growing up, I’ve always had a beloved pet by my side, whether it was my rabbit, bird, chicken, hamster, fish, or turtle. I had the joy of caring a stray cat named Sheila for about 10 years, who I found on a street on my way back home from school as a kitten and immediately decided to adopt her. I have also two pomeranians, Robin and Rozi, both are 5 years old now. I had spent countless hours playing and bonding with them. They are now staying with my mom back home and I deeply miss them every single day.&nbsp;
I also used to take care of the dogs and cats of my friends when they are away for a vacation. I know how to feed and take care of all kinds of pets, making sure they get exactly what they need. I’m also comfortable giving them their medications if they need it.
With my current master’s program, I have flexible availability to ensure your pets receive plenty of attention and care. I do not have pets of my own here right now, which means your pet will receive all the love and attention they need by my side.
I really love pets, and pets love me too! I am beyond excited to become a pet sitter and rediscover the joy of being around animals, whose companionship I’ve truly missed.
My services;
Dog walking: I can take your dog for outdoor walks during the day for 30 min or 1 hour long. (1 or 2 times a day) Yet, if needed there is no problem with adjusting the time.
Day Care&amp;Pet Boarding: I can provide daytime care&amp;overnight stay for your dog&amp;cat at my own place while you are away. I live near Leiden Centraal and my household is pet-friendly and it is surrounded by parks perfect for walks and playtime. 
Home visit: I can also stop by your home and take care of your pet during the day! I can visit your home 1x to 2x a day. I can also water your plants :)
I can send you as many photos and videos as you'd like to help you feel at ease while your pet is with me. It's not a problem.
My availability changes based on the day, but I'm very much open to discuss my availability, service and price and make adjustments that would fit you and your pet's need. Please don't hesitate to reach out :)

Hello there!

We are Kim and Joey, proud pet parents who have been living in Leiden for over 8 years. Our furry family includes our rescue dog Emilio and our two indoor rescue cats, Archie (a white cat) and Tapas (a tuxedo cat). We’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for the past 3 years, and now we’re excited to open our home to your furry companions!

We live in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment just 10 minutes from the center of Leiden. Our home is designed to be a comfortable retreat for both cats and dogs. Emilio, our dog, enjoys at least three walks a day in the park right behind our building, so your dog is more than welcome to join Emilio on these outings for some fresh air, exercise, and playtime. It’s the perfect spot for long, relaxed walks, where your doggo can enjoy the open space with a friendly buddy by their side.

For our feline guests, we’ve converted our indoor balcony into a cozy cat room, equipped with a cat tree, cat tower, and plenty of toys to keep them entertained. Archie and Tapas love it there, and visiting cats always enjoy exploring this little haven. There’s also ample space in our living room and hallway for them to roam, chase toys, or lounge in the sun. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the living room is bathed in natural light, offering a great view of the outdoors, which our cats love to gaze at or soak up the sun if it’s a sunny day.

We both work from home full-time, so your pet will never be alone for long. Whether it’s a dog who craves companionship and playtime, or a cat who loves a peaceful space to relax, we’ll be here to provide constant attention, pets, and care. We also take the time to ensure a smooth transition for all our guest pets, especially cats, introducing them slowly to the household to make sure they feel safe and comfortable.

We’ll keep you updated with daily pictures and messages, so you can relax on your holiday knowing your pet is in good hands. Our home is your pet’s home away from home—though we can’t guarantee they’ll want to leave (lol)!

Ha hondenbaasjes, ik zou het heel leuk vinden om jullie nieuwe hondenoppas of hondenuitlater te worden. 
Ik ben Yvon, 27 jaar, en ik ben een groot liefhebber van honden. Ik ben thuis opgegroeid met een Friese stabij en ik pas nu ook nog geregeld op de labradoedel van mijn ouders. Omdat het helaas niet gaat om op dit moment zelf een hond aan te schaffen in verband met werk, zou ik het heel leuk vinden om honden in de buurt uit te laten of er op te passen. Hierbij gaat m'n voorkeur uit naar een middelgrote of grote hond die het leuk vindt om te knuffelen en/of verre wandelingen te maken. Als de hond zou komen logeren, dan kan ik hem/haar perfect uitlaten in het park naast mijn huis of bij de kagerzoom iets verderop. Ik woon in een ruim appartement waar de hond meer dan welkom is, en er uiteraard ook een plekje op de bank beschikbaar is. Voor de hondenuitlaatservice gaan we gewoon lekker samen op verkenning bij u in de buurt. Wandelingen kunnen variëren tussen de 30min en 1.5 uur. Ik ben in principe beschikbaar op dinsdagmiddag, vrijdagmiddag en in de weekenden.

I grew up with dogs, used to volunteer in a shelter and welcomed to their forever home heavily trauma dogs in the past. I followed dog training classes.&nbsp;

We are really active and enjoy outdoor spaces. I'm walking Sky 4 times a day and at leach once in the forest or at the beach and I would obviously do the same with your dog. ￼I live close by off leashes area and a huge park.&nbsp;
Sky is really welcoming and playful dog. Used to be surrounded by other dogs. If necessary (bed time, feeding time) both dogs can have their space.&nbsp;
I'm currently on a sabbatical so I'm 100% available for your dog. It would be fun, outdoor time and the best care possible as I will treat your dog as mine.&nbsp;
I live in a big flat in Leiden, by the Singel and a huge park with off leash area. I have my driving license and take the dogs to others big parks, forest and beach.
