Ik hou heel veel van dieren en ik kan naast mijn opleiding een baantje gebruiken.
Ik heb buiten de Pawshake app al erg veel op katten en honden gepast en dit jaar kijk ik er weer enorm naar uit!
Sinds 2023 heb ik een lieve kitten waar ik heel erg van hou en goed voor zorg. Ik speel en knuffel altijd graag met haar. Mijn beste vriendin heeft een mooie husky die ik al sinds ze een puppy is ken en altijd graag mee speel, uitlaat en voer. Honden uitlaten is dus ook geen probleem voor mij! Ik pas graag op u huisdier op, van klein tot groot en hoop dat u mij kan vertrouwen met ze.

Having been on the receiving end of trying to find a carer for our dog, I understand the importance of finding a reliable person that you can trust to take care of your four legged companion. Prince is an active dog, so we make sure to take him on 3 long walks a day. We also play plenty of games with him at home to keep his mind sharp and entertained. Prince likes other dogs, particularly the ladies and would like to meet some more in the coming months. As Prince is not neutered, for overnight visits and day care we won't be accepting other dogs that are not neutered. Dagelijks maak ik met veel plezier wandelingen in het Groenendaalse Bos en de groene omgeving van Heemstede. Buiten zijn en bewegen is voor mij een vast onderdeel van de dag, en ik neem graag uw hond daarin mee.Ik kies er bewust voor om met maximaal 2 honden tegelijk te lopen. Zo krijgt elke hond de aandacht, rust en veiligheid die hij nodig heeft. De wandelingen duren gemiddeld 45–60 minuten en worden afgestemd op de energie, leeftijd en het karakter van de hond.Door mijn dagelijkse omgang met honden heb ik ervaring met verschillende types: van rustige en oudere honden tot energieke of wat onzekere honden. Ik blijf altijd kalm en duidelijk, ook bij onverwacht gedrag zoals trekken, schrikken of drukte van andere honden.Bij situaties zoals loslopende honden, verkeer of spanningen tussen honden houd ik overzicht en neem ik direct de leiding. Veiligheid staat altijd voorop. Indien nodig lijn ik honden tijdig aan of creëer ik afstand.Bij slecht weer pas ik de wandeling aan of kies ik voor een kortere ronde met extra aandacht. Tijdens oppas zorg ik voor rust, structuur en duidelijke momenten van uitlaten, eten en ontspanning.Bij bijzonderheden of noodgevallen neem ik direct contact op met de eigenaar. Hi, I'm Judy and I moved here from South Africa 8 years ago. I have grown up with dogs most of my life and would love to have one of my own now but we have a mom and son cat duo and I don't want to risk scaring them off by introducing a dog into their space. 
I live close to Groenendalsebos and I regularly walk in the dog section because I love watching how dogs play and interact. I can easily walk around there for over an hour. I'm sure any dog would love the chance to run and smell around the bos with me! I am also quite close to Meermond so I could take a dog for a walk on the lead around there and at the back of Herenboeren too. 
I have a flexible work set up so I could walk dogs and do house visits pretty much any time between 08:00 and 15:00

I love cats, and even the most curmudgeonly of cats love me. I've had 2 of my own—my previous one of 27 years, and my current of 18 years; the secret is cats are powered by sunshine and love  I'm especially good at finding the good scraches spots.

Over mij
Ik ben Felicia, 43 jaar en woonachtig in Haarlem-Schalkwijk. Honden spelen al jaren een grote rol in mijn leven. Wat begon als liefde voor wandelen, groeide uit tot een diepe interesse in gedrag, welzijn en het écht leren begrijpen van iedere individuele hond.
In de afgelopen jaren heb ik veel vrijwilligerswerk gedaan voor stichtingen die buitenlandse honden begeleiden naar een nieuw thuis. Daarnaast ben ik al lange tijd actief als Dierenbuddy bij de Dierenbescherming. In die rol heb ik met veel verschillende honden gewandeld, ieder met hun eigen karakter, achtergrond en behoeften. Juist die diversiteit heeft mij geleerd hoe belangrijk maatwerk, rust en duidelijke begeleiding zijn.
Ook ben ik al jaren lid van een zoekteam dat helpt bij het terugvinden van vermiste honden. Dit werk heeft mij extra bewust gemaakt van het belang van veiligheid en goede voorbereiding. Daarom vind ik het essentieel om elke hond goed te leren kennen en werk ik met vaste groepen. Nieuwe honden krijgen bij mij altijd een tracker om, zodat we met een extra gerust gevoel op pad gaan.
