My name is Lisa Drinkwater, and I grew up with a rescue dog at my parents’ house. Every weekend I spent time training her. Rescue dogs can come with a history of trauma, so it takes consistency, patience, and attention to help them feel secure. We bonded well, and spending time together became something I really enjoyed. Now that I live alone in Rotterdam, I’m no longer around her, and I realise how much I miss having animals in my daily life. I work as a freelancer, which means I have flexible hours and plenty of time in between projects, especially in the mornings and evenings. I’ve always enjoyed the routine of walking and caring for a dog, and I find it rewarding to work with them. I would be happy to help in any way—whether walking, basic training, or simply providing company—because I understand the time and care dogs need to thrive.

Hello! I’m an international student at TU Delft from South Africa, and I have two cocker spaniels and a bird back home that I miss dearly. I’d love to take care of your pets, whether it’s taking them for walks, giving them cuddles, or offering any special care they need.
I have done pet sitting briefly once privately where I did walks and one at-home stay. I’ve always had pets and helped raise our cocker spaniel with my mom. That involved plenty of training, keeping a close eye on him, and giving him lots of love and attention! I've also done au pairing for six months, which speaks to my ability to care for others' loved ones.
I am doing an internship in Rotterdam and am based there for the year. Since I study/work full-time, I’m available on weekends to house sit with your pets or take them for walks during the weeks in the evenings from 6pm.  
While I can't host pets at my place, I’m more than happy to come to yours to ensure your furry friends get the care they deserve!


Hallo! Mijn naam is Alishia en ik ben bioloog en paraveterinair. Ik geef op het MBO diergeneeskunde vakken zoals anatomie en fysiologie, iets wat ik met veel passie doe. Dieren zijn altijd een groot deel van mijn leven geweest en ik haal veel voldoening uit het verzorgen en begeleiden van zowel huisdieren als hun baasjes.

Ik heb veel ervaring met katten en voel me ook helemaal op mijn gemak bij exotische huisdieren zoals konijnen, vogels, reptielen of knaagdieren. Elk dier is uniek en ik pas mijn zorg en aandacht daarop aan. Mijn achtergrond in de diergeneeskunde helpt me om signalen van stress of ziekte snel te herkennen en adequaat te handelen.

Zelf droom ik ervan om ooit een corgi te hebben. Een vrolijk en eigenwijs beestje past perfect bij mij! Tot die tijd geniet ik ervan om voor andere honden te zorgen alsof het mijn eigen zijn.

De veiligheid en gezondheid van alle dieren staan voorop. Daarom geef ik de voorkeur aan gevaccineerde huisdieren, ook uit respect voor andere klanten en hun dieren.

My name is Anastasiia, I live in Rotterdam, Feijenoord. I am originally from Ukraine, but have been residing in the Netherlands ever since the war started. I love animals, which has resulted in me wanting to help other pet owners by caring for their furry friends.
I have extensive experience with dogs when it comes to walking them, playing with them, reading their body language, medicating them if necessary, and so on. To me, it’s important to patiently take my time to get to know a pet, as they are all unique individuals. I find it important to gain the animal’s trust without rushing things.
I’m happy to take each and every dog for a walk or to care for your cat while you’re away. I’m a huge dog &amp; cat lover despite having none of my own. If both your pet and you enjoy working with me, we can also consider the option of long-term stays at my home.

I have owned, walked and looked after dogs both in the UK and in The Netherlands. I love dogs. I love the walks, the cuddles, all the different personalities. I was brought up with labradors and spaniels. And have owned and bred spaniels in the UK, as well as sitting and walking various dogs both there and here in Rotterdam. I am also used to administer medicines.&nbsp; I moved to Rotterdam 3+ years ago with my now senior spaniels. We live in a very spacious place, with enclosed dog friendly garden and I have time, energy and patience to look after and/or walk all different dogs, young, senior, small, large, nervous, relaxed... I prefer to walk/visit and look after your dog&nbsp; based from your home as I can give them more time and they are in their familiar surroundings. I think dog sitting work is a real privilege and also a responsibility so I treat my work professionally and am completely reliable knowing you're putting your trust in someone to look after your beautiful dogs (I know because I always worry when someone new is looking after my dogs!) I am happy to keep you updated with messages, photos, videos depending on your preferences.&nbsp;
