"Glória is clearly an animal lover - patient, gentle, and genuinely excited to spend time with our (initially very shy) cat. She respected our cat’s boundaries, let her approach at her own pace, and by the second visit they were already playing together.
Communication was spotless: every visit came with quick updates, photos, and a little note about how our cat was doing. When we unexpectedly ran low on food, she offered to pick some up on her way without hesitation, and she even tidied the litter box and surrounding area on her own initiative.
Friendly, responsive, and super proactive - everything you’d hope for in a sitter. We’ll absolutely book Glória & Miguel again and recommend them to anyone who wants total peace of mind while they’re away.❤️"

We recently had the pleasure of having Martina take care of our cats, Harrie and Luna, through Pawshake. From the very beginning, Martina exceeded all our expectations. She meticulously followed all the arrangements we made and even went above and beyond.
Martina not only looked after Harrie and Luna but also left our house impeccably clean and took great care of our plants. Throughout our time abroad, Martina kept us thoroughly updated with detailed texts, photos, and videos, so we always knew how our beloved pets were doing.
Her dedication and attention to detail were truly remarkable. It was clear that Harrie and Luna were in excellent hands and enjoyed their time with her immensely. We can't recommend Martina enough and hope she will be able to look after our pets again in the future. Thank you, Martina, for your outstanding care and love for Harrie and Luna!

Onlangs hadden wij het genoegen om Martina via Pawshake te laten zorgen voor onze katten, Harrie en Luna. Vanaf het begin overtrof Martina al onze verwachtingen. Ze hield zich nauwgezet aan alle gemaakte afspraken en deed zelfs meer dan dat.
Martina zorgde niet alleen voor Harrie en Luna, maar liet ons huis ook brandschoon achter en verzorgde onze planten uitstekend. Gedurende onze tijd in het buitenland hield Martina ons uitgebreid op de hoogte met gedetailleerde berichten, foto's en video's, zodat we altijd wisten hoe het met onze geliefde huisdieren ging.
Haar toewijding en oog voor detail waren werkelijk opmerkelijk. Het was duidelijk dat Harrie en Luna in uitstekende handen waren en enorm van hun tijd met haar genoten. We kunnen Martina niet genoeg aanbevelen en hopen dat ze in de toekomst weer voor onze huisdieren kan zorgen. Dank je wel, Martina, voor je uitstekende zorg en liefde voor Harrie en Luna!"

She was willing to meet the pets prior to the booking and easily connected with them.
She was positive and confident enough to be watching my pets during my appointment: only 2 days after I brought home my first dog (7yo rescue) into a house with a stressed 12yo indoor cat.
