Hi! I’m Adam, a 20-year-old law student from Ireland. Growing up, my home was always filled with pets, including dogs, cats, and even chickens. Most of them were rescues, and we regularly fostered animals while they waited for their forever homes. I’ve always been passionate about animals, especially smaller dog breeds, but I’ve also fostered and later adopted a female Doberman named Lexi, so I have experience with larger breeds too.

Over the years, I’ve cared for many different dogs: a Jack Russell named Clarabelle, several Chihuahuas, three Yorkshire Terriers, and a little rescue mutt called Bran. Archie, one of my Chihuahuas, suffers from hydrocephalus, and Clarabelle had arthritis and later developed cancer, so I understand the extra love and care dogs with health issues need.

Becoming a pet sitter and walker feels like the perfect fit. It’s a way to combine my passion for dogs with helping other pet owners feel at ease when they’re away.

As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to feel confident that your furry friend is safe, happy, and well looked after. I treat every pet like they are part of my own family, making sure they receive the love, attention, and routine they are used to. I have experience with a variety of breeds and temperaments, including senior dogs and those with special needs. I’ve also delivered and raised puppies, as my Chihuahua Gloria had two litters in recent years.

Along with taking the best possible care of your pet, my goal is to ensure you feel completely at ease leaving them with me. I’m happy to follow any instructions you provide regarding food, medication, or daily routines.

Hi, I’m Begum! I’ve always loved animals, even though I don’t have any of my own right now. That’s one of the big reasons I started pet sitting since it gives me the chance to spend time with pets, give them lots of attention, and help out their owners at the same time.

I might not have years of professional experience, but I’m very caring, patient, and responsible. Friends and neighbors have trusted me to take care of their pets, and I always make sure to follow their routines closely. I love all animals, but I have a special place in my heart for dogs. I grew up with a dog (dachshund) andmissed a furry friend when I moved abroad hence I have started pet sitting and walking dogs. I developed a close bond with cockapoo who I dog sited for almost 3y before moving to another country again. I believe that it is important to take each dog's individual personality and preferences into account when caringfor them and they can become your best friends. I enjoy all kinds of walks, from strolls around the block to lengthy hikes in the woods or cuddles on a sofa while watching a movie with a furry companion :)&nbsp;
Currently working full time, in a hybrid set up, available for walks (30mins - 1,5h, location set upon agreement with the owner, I have a small park behind my house, or Philips park is 25mins on foot) &amp; dog sitting and drop-in visits in the evenings (after 18:00) or anytime during weekends (time to be agreed with the owner).

Ik ben dol op dieren en altijd in om nieuwe beestjes te leren kennen. Helaas heb ik zelf geen tijd voor een hond, maar houd ik enorm van wandelen. Zo werk ik twee dagen in de week thuis (maandagen en vrijdagen) en hoop daarom mensen te kunnen helpen die net die middagwandeling niet kunnen doen. Zo heb ik bij weer en wind, geen excuus om mijn wandeling over te slaan en de gezelligheid van een hondenmaatje, en heeft je trouwe viervoeter toch zijn middagwandelingetje! Win-win!&nbsp;

Growing up i have been with pets in my family: cats and dogs, and i have always been fond of animals. I am so lucky enough to have owned my own cat Leo for over a year till now. I'm Hugo and I'm from Portugal. I moved to the Netherlands over 2 years ago and it's been an amazing experience so far.
However I do miss the portuguese weather and my pets. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats back home, so I'm used to always have 4 pawed company everywhere I go.
Having the opportunity to pet sit here is just the icing in the cake for me.
I have experience with quite a few animals, back in Portugal, just before moving to the Netherlands I was working as a Zookeeper for one of the biggest zoo's in Portugal.
Some of the animals I was caring for were parrots, eagles, owls, ravens, lemurs, snakes, lizards, turtles and a lot more. I was very lucky to be surrounded by all those species of animals, it was a very fulfilling work for me and I learned a lot during my time there.
