For the last ten years I have dedicated myself to helping animals every way I can. Having lived in countries with huge problems regarding animal rights and welfare, I have rescued and fostered or helped rescue dozens of cats and dogs, and I will continue to do so with every opportunity. I love animals as they give me a joy and love that is unparalleled, and I take my role of taking care of them very seriously.
I have a lot of experience with particular feeding requirements, games and techniques to gain a pet's trust. I am ready to receive detailed instructions regarding feeding schedules, specific needs and behaviors, favorite playtime activities, health issues and warnings etc. I always make sure that a clean and safe environment is maintained for a pet to live in, and I hold myself to a high standard regarding the animal's well-being and tranquility.
I offer pet sitting at your home and pet walking. I have a flexible schedule and I am available to pet-sit for both a short or long period of time. Feel free to contact me to discuss your specific needs and wishes.

Growing up i have been with pets in my family: cats and dogs, and i have always been fond of animals. I am so lucky enough to have owned my own cat Leo for over a year till now. I am proud to have been able to brought him up from a 2 months old kitten, to a very healthy and active adult cat. Each cat is unique; yet, i feel lucky to have such a sweet, affectionate and interactive cat as him, who keeps great company, warms up and shapes a home for me. With this passion, i offer to take care of your furry friend for you when you cannot, because i understand the stress to schedule your trips while worrying about theirs' well-being. My service will include feeding, cleaning food bowls, litter boxes, playing with your pets, a visit for at least 30 minutes. We could also discuss the details as you prefer. Note that i am only available during the weekends or in the evening. Travel range is preferably around Eindhoven and surroundings, within cycling range.

I'm Hugo and I'm from Portugal. I moved to the Netherlands over 2 years ago and it's been an amazing experience so far.
However I do miss the portuguese weather and my pets. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats back home, so I'm used to always have 4 pawed company everywhere I go.
Having the opportunity to pet sit here is just the icing in the cake for me.
I have experience with quite a few animals, back in Portugal, just before moving to the Netherlands I was working as a Zookeeper for one of the biggest zoo's in Portugal.
Some of the animals I was caring for were parrots, eagles, owls, ravens, lemurs, snakes, lizards, turtles and a lot more. I was very lucky to be surrounded by all those species of animals, it was a very fulfilling work for me and I learned a lot during my time there.
