"Chris looked after our cat Ninfa for several weeks, far longer than we've ever had to leave her. He was fantastic and made us feel confident throughout the booking that she was happy and healthy. Frequent photos and updates continued throughout our booking and when we had to move our flight one day, he was easy to communicate with and flexible. "Very happy with how Ufuk took care of my cat while I was travelling. Before hand he came to my house for a chat, the key and instructions and everyday he sent me photo’s of my cat so I could judge for myself if he was doing well (he was!). We couldn't be happier with the Lisa’s cat-sitting service! The communication was fantastic—very thorough with lots of pictures and videos that kept us updated and reassured. She was incredibly detail-oriented, remembering every little thing we mentioned during the first meeting. She kept our cat entertained and cozy, often staying longer than agreed to make sure she was well cared for. Our cat absolutely adored her and they truly became friends. We even joked that our cat might prefer her company over ours! Highly recommend!"
