"This was my first time leaving my cats with a catsitter and Jack made the whole experience very comforting. He took great care of my cats and always made sure I felt reassured while I was away. He sent me regular updates and cute photos, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he even gave me some great travel tips for my destination since he’d been there before. Thanks again Jack!"
