Top cities for cat sitting in The Netherlands

Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Utrecht Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Utrecht cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Utrecht cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

Hello!
I am Kristina and I'm 26, I am a recent graduate from Utrecht University. I moved to Utrecht in September 2020 and I had plenty of time to get familiar with many beautiful places and parks in Utrecht :) I live very close to the city center of Utrecht and if you do as well, It will be very easy for me to reach you. I don't have a dog myself but I am happy to be surrounded by dogs and I try to find different occasions to be able to pet and spend time with them

I have always had a deep love and connection with animals. Currently, I live with two wonderful cats, one is 13 years old and the other is 5. Taking care of them for many years has taught me a lot about their needs, personalities, and how to make them feel safe and loved. I also regularly spend time with my brother’s dog, who is 5 years old. Whenever my brother goes on holiday, I take care of his dog with joy and responsibility.

My friends often turn to me when they have questions or concerns about their own cats, as they know I understand them well. Whether it’s playing with them, giving them attention, or simply being a calm and patient companion, I genuinely enjoy being around pets.

I treat every pet as if they were a part of my own family. Their comfort, happiness, and well-being are always my top priorities. If you’re looking for someone who will truly care for your pet with love and attention, I’d be happy to help!

Holaa!/ Hii!/ Hoi!! I'm Ana Isabel, a pet lover from Guatemala.I’ve been surrounded by animals all my life, starting with my first cat, Gato, when I was just 3 years old. Since then, I’ve had the joy of caring for 8 more pets, including dogs, cats, tortoises, and rabbits. I’ve always felt a deep connection with animals and genuinely love spending time with them. Now that I live at university, I really miss having pets around, which is why I’m offering my services as a petsitter. As I am a student, I have a flexible schedule, so I have free time in the afternoon, in the evening and I am free on weekends! I would love to walk your pets as I love walking in nature and I think it is super important for them to go out As well as I can do home visitis to feed them, give them extra cuddles and take care of them 🫶🏼 I am also happy to stay overnight at your home, to take care of your pets I know that for them it is difficult to be apart from their owners, so be sure that ill give them lots of love With years of experience taking care of a variety of animals, I’m confident I can provide the same love and attention to your furry friends as I do with my own. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime, or just some extra cuddles, I’m here to help. I can’t wait to meet your pets and give them the care they deserve!Reach out to me and we could schedule a time for a videochat so we can meet and you can feel more comfortable with me around your pets!
