She truly went the extra mile to ensure Aurora felt comfortable, safe, and calm around her, and it clearly showed in how quickly Aurora settled. It was evident that Anastasiia genuinely cares and takes the time to build trust with the pets she looks after.

"Luan is an amazing, gentle and caring pet sitter. We have three silky chickens and Luan takes great care for them. He sincerely loves animals, and enjoys spending time with them. He is fast responding to messages and is flexible in scheduling. He even surprised us with the most beautiful pictures that he made of our beautiful divas! "Nala, onze kat, heeft doorgaans niet veel op met vreemden en verdwijnt wanneer er gasten zijn. Toen Mada langskwam voor een kennismaking gebeurde dat niet. Integendeel, Nala liet zich voorzichtig gewillig benaderen en zelfs aaien. Het klikte, goed teken!
Mada is vriendelijk en pikte snel op wat met Nala de bedoeling was. Tijdens onze vakantie kregen we af een toe een foto toegestuurd. Bij thuiskomst had ik een zichtbaar tevreden kat. En neem van mij aan, wanneer Nala ontevreden is laat ze dat beslist merken."

"Mashal took great care of our three cats, and we felt completely at ease while we were away. One of our cats needed medication, and she handled it well, which gave us huge peace of mind.
