"Chris looked after our cat Ninfa for several weeks, far longer than we've ever had to leave her. He was fantastic and made us feel confident throughout the booking that she was happy and healthy. Frequent photos and updates continued throughout our booking and when we had to move our flight one day, he was easy to communicate with and flexible. "Dasha hebt ontzettend goed voor de twee katten bezorgd de weken ik was er niet thuis. Ze hebt dagelijks geinformeerd hoe het met ze gaat en filmpjes gestuurd waarin is duidelijk te zien hoe prettig met ze zich voelen. We couldn't be happier with the Lisa’s cat-sitting service! The communication was fantastic—very thorough with lots of pictures and videos that kept us updated and reassured. She was incredibly detail-oriented, remembering every little thing we mentioned during the first meeting. She kept our cat entertained and cozy, often staying longer than agreed to make sure she was well cared for. Our cat absolutely adored her and they truly became friends.
