Ik ben dol op dieren in alle soorten en maten, en ik vind het heerlijk om mensen te helpen waar ik maar kan. Huisdierenoppas is al sinds mijn kindertijd mijn droom en ik kan niet wachten om nog meer harige vriendjes te ontmoeten. Ik ben opgegroeid met een mastiff, waardoor ik veel ervaring heb opgedaan in het omgaan met grote honden. Daarnaast heb ik ook voor veel huisdieren in mijn buurt gezorgd. Ik heb dus ervaring met honden van alle groottes, katten en cavia’s!! Ik wil altijd iets nieuws leren, dus vertel me alles wat er te weten valt over je harige vriend, zodat ik weet hoe ik zo goed mogelijk voor hem of haar kan zorgen. Ik hou van lange wandelingen, dus een wandeling van een uur met je hond maakt me heel erg blij. Spelen met je huisdieren zal altijd een prioriteit zijn om ervoor te zorgen dat ze zich niet vervelen en zich vermaken, en natuurlijk zijn veel knuffels en liefde altijd gegarandeerd. Ik zorg momenteel voor een erg angstige hond die uit het asiel komt en veel trauma's uit het verleden heeft. Het heeft me ongeveer drie maanden gekost om een sterke band met haar op te bouwen, vol vertrouwen en zorg. Ik neem altijd de tijd om ervoor te zorgen dat uw huisdier zich zo veilig en comfortabel mogelijk voelt. Ik heb niet veel ervaring met het toedienen van medicijnen, behalve door het in het voer te verstoppen, maar zolang het wordt uitgelegd, zal ik extra zorg en tijd besteden om het goed te doen en uw huisdier veilig en gezond te houden.I love animals of all shapes and sizes, and I love helping people however I can. Pet sitting has been my dream since I was little and I can't wait to meet more furry friends. I grew up alongside a mastiff who gave me a lot of experience in handeling a big dog. I also looked after lots of pets in my neighborhood. So i have experience with dogs of all sizes, cats and guinea pigs!! I always want to learn something new so tell me everything there is to know about your furry friend so i know how to look after them to the best of my ability. I enjoy long walks so going on an hour long walk with your dog will make me very very happy. Hi, I’m Qi. I’m currently a student at the University of Twente. I usually have availability in the afternoons and evenings.
I have a cat named Year-Year, whom I met on the first day of a new year. He was injured when I found him, and I’m really proud that he has become healthy and happy under my care. He makes my life meaningful and always heals my heart. Taking care of him has taught me patience, responsibility, and the joy of forming a deep bond with an animal.
I can take care of basic tasks such as feeding cats and cleaning the litter box. I also provide emotional support by spending time playing with them, cuddling them, and making sure they feel loved and comfortable. During home visits, I can stay with pets for around 30 minutes up to 2 hours, depending on the owner’s needs. I’m also happy to help with watering plants, bringing in mail, and other small household tasks.
For house sitting, I usually stay in the owner’s home full-time to ensure pets are well cared for and feel secure. If there are any special situations or scheduling needs, I will always communicate in advance.

In addition, I have cared for two cats myself while growing up, which instilled in me an unconditional love for felines from a young age. I have also some experience in long-term catsitting (i.e. 3 weeks stay abroad). My dog and cat are still living with my parents, so I‘m constantly missing them (that can sometimes feel like the hardest part about studying abroad).
That’s also one of the reasons why I choose to offer my services on this platform. Because I would love to spend time with and care for your pets, with all the compassion that I also have for my own pets.

My schedule is very flexible at the moment, and I live in de Bothoven neighborhood. So I prefer requests from people who live somewhere in or around this area, also because that’s where I know a lot of good routes and dog parks.
