About Davina

Hi! I'm from South Africa and I've lived in the Netherlands for the past 1.5 years. I work as a climate change consultant here in Amsterdam and I'm looking to offer dog walking services outside of my work hours.

I've grown up with dogs, specifically really large dogs so I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Aside from growing up with dogs in my family home, when I moved into my own apartment I volunteered at the local animal shelter over the weekends to walk and play with the dogs.

I love being around dogs and I'm always happy to give them the attention and love they deserve!

When am I available:

Monday - Friday: before 9:00am and after 17:30 pm (mornings & evenings)

Weekends - mornings & afternoons

Services:

Dog walking: I can pick up and drop off your dog and walk them around the neighborhood. My rate is based on a 30min walk but if extra time is needed I can adjust. I'm happy to use a recommended walking path that you'd prefer nearby your house or alternatively I can map out a nice route or use the closest park if possible. If your dog enjoys catch games I can also incorporate that into their walk.

Home visits: I can visit and check up on your dog in their home. This can include feeding them, making sure they have enough water and giving them some attention. I can spend from 30 minutes - an hour with them. I'm also happy to share pictures updates with you.
