Hi! My name is Line, I am 23 years old, and a student at Leiden University who lives in Leiden Lammenschans. I absolutely adore dogs and cats and love taking care of them. I grew up with many dogs in my family, so I have a lot of experience with walking dogs and taking care of them alone, sometimes for weeks at a time. I have experience with both smaller dogs like the Shih Tzu you can see in my pictures, but also bigger dogs such as Labradors and Field Spaniels. I am used to taking care of both high-energy and very calm dogs, and I am good at determining when your dog needs stimulation and when they need space to relax. 

I also have experience with cat-sitting, as I regularly take care of a cat in the Hague. I have experience with indoor and outdoor cats, and with playing, feeding, and cleaning up after them. 

Taking care of dogs and cats is something that brings me a lot of happiness. Since moving to the Netherlands from Denmark where I am from, I have really missed spending time with and taking care of pets, and that is why I want to be a dog-walker and pet-sitter. I daydream of one day having my own dog again and perhaps opening a shelter or home for pets. 

Being a student means I have a very flexible schedule and am available at most times through-out the day. If you have any questions for me or would like to discuss something further, please reach out! I am excited to meet and take care of your adorable pet(s).

About my services - I am available for:

- Dog walks (the length depending on your pet's needs)

- House visits, up to 2 times a day

- Taking care of your pet at my apartment, however, this is only for cats and calm dogs. My rates for this are negotiable and depends on the level of care your dog or cat requires. For example, my rates are higher for puppies as they require a lot of attention throughout the day, but for older dogs who likes to relax and cuddle throughout the day, my rate can be lower.

- You can also reach out to me about overnight stays at your place, if you for example are away for the weekend or on holiday. We then need to discuss the rate for the stay, as this also depends a lot on your pet's needs.

Please take into account that my rates are based on the fact that Pawshake takes 19% of what you as pet-owners pay.
