Hi neighbour!

Nice to see you here! Since I know exactly how scary it can feel to leave your pet with a complete stranger, let me introduce myself and get some of that out of the way! Feel free to send me a message if you would like to know more or drop by for a cup of coffee (or for a Marck & Guusje cuddle)!

I am Dutch, 29 and live in Amsterdam on the Overtoom together with my boyfriend and our two tabby European shorthair cats Marck and Guusje. How do you like that for kitten names? :D They are two completely different cats, but luckily they love each other like no other. When we first got them, Marck actually showed Guusje the way around the house, making her feel safe enough to leave her spot under the couch. Cute! We adopted Marck and Guusje two years ago from the animal shelter in Rotterdam, where I worked as a volunteer for two years.

Ever since I was young (see photo for mini me), I loved cats and dogs, actually animals in general. I had a cat and a dog and was also around animals a lot, because of my work at the shelter and because I often took care of other people's pets. Nowadays when I am on holiday, I often visit animal shelthers to help out - great one for your next holiday! In the photos you can see a little kitten from Skiathos and a cat from Rome, as well!

I would love to visit you sometime and help out with your pets. I am quite flexible, so let me know what you need and we can figure out how we can make that work!
