Dimitris

My name is Dimitris and I am a student in the Netherlands from Greece. I believe pets are selfless and a great companion for any occasion.

I had a dog for my whole childhood, adopting a puppy at the age of 6 with my family and taking care of her for nearly 13 years. We unfortunately had to put her down earlier this year after some health problems. Not being able to have a dog as a student who moves around a lot, dog sitting is a perfect alternative to help someone in need.

After having a dog my whole life and volunteering in multiple animal organizations, I have extensive experience in animal care.

I am an athletic and sporty person so I enjoy a daily run or walk which pets, after permission from their owner are more than free to join me in. I live in the center of Rotterdam in a spacious apartment with a balcony, as well as a pet friendly shared garden where pets can run freely. During my day I spend some time working on university projects, which means some downtime for the pets as well. My apartment is in the center which means that there are multiple places to walk around in a beautiful, dog friendly neighborhood. If you wish to leave your pet overnight, the apartment is spacious and soundproof, ensuring no issues with any neighbors, and a large rug where your pet will be comfortable to have a good nights sleep!
