Hi there! I am Meg and I have been living in The Netherlands for 8 months now. I would love to be your pet sitter! The thing I miss the most since moving here is definitely my two dogs. I always was around animals growing up, so I definitely miss having an animal in my life.
I am originally from Ireland and had both cats and dogs growing up. My family currently own two Cocker Spaniels, one which we adopted, named Milo and Daisy. It is hard being away from them, although I stay updated on their lives via WhatsApp pictures and the occasional video call! I also grew up spending my weekends looking after horses at a local stables. I have pet-sitted previously, from looking after the dogs while my parents were away, pet-sitting my aunt's cat and dog-walking for my neighbours.
I have lots of experience with animals, from volunteering at an animal shelter to working at a horse stables, as well as looking after and training my family dogs. Nothing makes me happier than being around pets. I am available for dog walking, pet sitting and house sitting with your pet!
It would be a pleasure for me and would help to fill the furry, dog-shaped hole in my life in The Netherlands so far! I am currently an intern in a medical laboratory and I am occasionally able to work from home, so I could incorporate this into looking after your pet.
I am located in Zeist so I am currently available for dog walking around both Zeist and Utrecht. I enjoy walking in the nature and parks around this beautiful city and would love the company of your dog! I am also available for petsitting, although this must be at the owner's property as I am not allowed pets on my current apartment. If you have any questions about the services I offer, please send me a message and we can discuss this further!
Meg did a wonderful job taking care of our dog Holly, and she was very trustworthy and responsible with our home.
Meg was wonderful with our dog Holly (who can be shy and sensitive at times). She is a great communicator and a very conscientious sitter. Highly recommend!
