Sofia

My name is Sofia, I'm 25 yo, half Italian-half American. I am currently living in Amsterdam (Noord) and I have a very flexible schedule and have plenty of time to dedicate to new furry friends.

Ever since I was a child I was a really big animal person, and dogs have always had the biggest space in my heart. At age 9/10, I'd go regularly to the local dog shelter and volunteer taking care of doggies, giving them love, attention, exercise, food and company. It was a tough side activity for such a young girl, but my love for dogs was so strong, it was one of the most rewarding and precious experiences of my life.

At age 12 I finally got my own puppy - Ginger, a teacup yorkie and we've been best friends ever since. She is now 13, doing great for a senior pup, lives back home with my parents in Italy but I miss her deeply.

I have had many previous experiences as a dog sitter. Taking care of some regulars, and some occasional pups, in people's houses or casual dog walking, depending on the owner's needs.

I am extremely reliable, punctual, caring person, I'm used to dogs of any shape and size and will love any pup that comes my way.
