Hello, I’m Giulia! I’m a 19-year-old student studying at Maastricht University. Ever since I was very little, my biggest dream was to own a dog and shower it with affection, take good care of it and go on adventures together. Finally, after years of pleading with my parents, we went to the local animal shelter to look for puppies in need of a home, but after careful consideration, we ended up adopting a cat as this would have been less maintenance and responsibility for me at that young age.
Every winter, next to our skiing trips in the Alps, we also went on dog sledding excursions, which is when our love for dogs grew stronger and my parents agreed to expand the furry family once more, welcoming a Siberian Husky to the family. Huskies are notorious for their independent spirit and stubbornness, which required extensive training, patience, consistency and resilience. However, through the training sessions and bonding activities, I learned to develop a deeper understanding and bond with her unique and charming character.
Before I had any pets of my own, I enjoyed spending my free time playing with other people’s dogs, walking them, feeding them and taking care of them.
Unfortunately, my landlord does not accept pets, however, I would more than love to accompany your dog(s) on leisurely strolls, longer walks, or even runs in the neighbouring parks and green areas in the city, tailored to their individual needs.
I will also ensure to keep you updated with frequent pictures to provide peace of mind while you are away.
I am committed to ensuring your dog(s) have the best experience and are in caring hands. Feel free to send me a message if you are interested or have any questions! I will do my best to reply as soon as possible!
