Britt

Hi, I am Britt and I´ve partnered up with my boyfriend Guido here on Pawshake. We are massive dog lovers that due to our small apartment and our lovely British short hair cat, queen Pomme, can't have a dog ourselves. We both grew up with dogs (Guido in Buenos Aires and Britt in Dutch countryside) and miss their unconditional love and warmth. Pawshake is therefore an amazing platform for us to be able to meet our craving for dog love! 

For just walks & visits: We live close to Sarphatipark (in de Pijp) so we can take your dog there, to play, if possible, off-leash with the other dogs. Guido is atm in between jobs and is therefore available during the day, Britt in the early morning and evenings. The walks would last between 30-75 minutes. Extra tasks during house visits are super fine for us; watering plants, emptying the mailbox etc. 

For the house sitting option± we will be able to stay at your house up to 3 weeks. If your dog is calm, Britt is also able to take them to her office, (I'm mostly by myself there) and I work from 9 till 3. We would travel there by tram. She is also very happy to go running with your dog and is excited to share as much playtime/cuddles as possible.
Furthermore, we are both able to administer medication if the pills can be hidden in snacks and managing flea medication is also no problem. Please note that we do want to be able to run errands etc. so your dog must be OK with being left alone for 3-4hrs at a time. We cannot agree to sit dogs without a meet and greet first.

We are not able to host your dog at our house as it's too small, and we have Pomme, but we're very happy to house sit or just feed + walk your four-legged friend.  

A little about ourselves: Britt loves culture, travelling, food and knits oversized scarves. I am a warm, caring person, a vegetarian and am obsessed with animals in general. Guido likes to hit the gym, also loves travelling and can't wait to one day buy a house with a garden to adopt two Rottweilers.
