Chiara

I'm Chiara, and I just moved to Utrecht to start my master's in Cultural Anthropology: Sustainable Citizenship. I'd love to pet-sit and walk dogs here in Utrecht to still have some animal friends and also get to know the city better by visiting people's houses and walking dogs.

My experience: I've had cats my whole life. At my parents I have a cat. Her name is Sushi and she's a little black European Shorthair (see pictures). I also often go on dog walks with my friends and have house-sat a house with a dog for a week before. I'm good with animals because I'm a calm and patient person, and I also love to play with them.

My services: I can take care of any animal, but I have the most experience with cats and dogs. I live in a student house so I can't take a pet home, but alongside my study I am very flexible to come by and stay as long as necessary. I am also flexible to adapt to your pets needs, so longer or shorter walks, or any kind of house visits, they all work for me. On the days I don't have lectures, I can do full day care too. Right now, that's Wednesday, Friday and of course in the weekend. On other days I'm still available for walks and house visits. I speak Dutch, English, Spanish and Italian.

A bit more about me: Before this I lived in Rotterdam where I did my bachelor's in Political Science. I'm really passionate about the environment and love nature, and I've been exploring and spending a lot of time in the parks and forests in and around Utrecht. Other than that I love music. I go to lots of concerts, love to sing and play the guitar and piano. I also like to run, do yoga and recently I have started bouldering as well.
