Hey 🐶

my name is Esther and I am an 21-year-old International Social Work student in Nijmegen, originally from Austria. I have a quite chilled timetable at university which makes it easy for me to work several times a day or a week. I am flexible, also during the weekend and do not mind sitting your pets for several hours, a day or even during the night.

I grew up in a household with all sorts of animals like dogs, rabbits, birds, reptiles or a hedgehog. The animals were definitely considered as family members in my home. I loved it and I took responsible from a very young age. I miss my dogs a lot and would love to take care of yours - also of your cats and other animals, of course.

I am open to taking care of any animal no matter how big, old or loud. I love being surround by any kind of animal, especially when they need special care like extra cuddling, walks or food. 

I have a 15 square meters room and live close to nature. My room also has it's own shower if needed for the pet and also enough space on the floor for sleeping and food. I will also buy something for pets to sleep on. My hallmates do not mind animals for a few days and would be willing to help out if I'm gone for a few hours. I am outside of Nijmegen in a quiet area with a forest and the river close by. Nature is a nice place to walk, but also train dogs. They can be surrounded by other dogs or not at all depending on the preferences and where we walk. Cars are not necessarily be crossing our way as my place is directly at the river.

I prefer sitting pets in their usual surroundings like their owner's home, but would also be open to sit them at my place. The most experience I have is with dogs, horses, cats and rabbits, but also birds and turtles. I was surrounded by animals all my life and love it. I don't mind cycling for a bit and also several visits a day or over night stays are no problem. I want to provide the best service possible.

My services are mainly dog and cat sitting as well as dog walking. I am available every day if the week for at least 3-8 hours and during the night. I also don't mind sleeping at another place or going somewhere daily. Having a pet at my place is also possible, but sitting it in it's usual surroundings is what I prefer. I grew up with a dog since the day I was born, trained another two dogs and took care of them for all of my life. In the Netherlands I sadly don't have a dog and therefore I'm looking forward to sitting others as I've already said.
