Hi there! My name is Maria, I'm 22 years old and study English at the University of Barcelona. I'm from the Netherlands, where I had to leave my Golden Retriever dog Babs and lovely cat Pepijn behind with my family, who I both miss very much.

I love to take long walks in nature and give dogs time to spend their energy, run around, explore and have fun! I believe it's not just important to walk and feed a dog, but also to give them attention and make them feel seen. This depends on the dog, of course, but can be done through playing together, petting, combing the hair, staying close, giving a treat or just talking to them.

Similarly, I love to take care of cats and make sure they feel loved. Different cats require different care, and I am curious to know about yours!

I love all animals, so if your pet is not a cat or a dog, no problem. I have experience taking care of guinea pigs and rabbits, and love to get to know new pets and delve into their proper care.

Though I attend classes 4 days a week, I am free all mornings and evenings and most afternoons, and all day in the weekend.
