Hi there!

My name is Lara and I moved to Amsterdam a couple of months ago due to a new job in the sustainability sector. Originally I come from Croatia and ever since I was young, I grew up surrounded by animals. 

I was lucky enough to learn a lot about animal psychology and working with animals (mostly dogs and horses) from experienced individuals while growing up. In addition to that, I had my own dog for 14 years, before she passed away last year. 

I miss spending time with dogs and I am still getting used to city life. Working with animals has a relaxing effect on me and since I work in the office, I would prefer to be more physically active so I would be very happy to walk and/or train your furry best friend.

My own dog went through a traumatic event as a puppy, and as a result, she was my best teacher on how to interact and work with dogs that have unresolved fears and are insecure/anxious. I am an experienced dog walker and, I can also correct/train your dog if he/she has an issue with pulling the leash or simply refusing to walk due to a lack of trust. I also have experience working with dogs who are not well-socialized. 

During the week I am mostly available in the mornings & afternoons/evenings, but during weekends I can be a lot more flexible.
