Whilst is this certainly started as I just wanted to play with some dogs over the summer holidays, it has now become a full time job and one I love, I have a number of regular dogs who come to stay or just for a walk.
I've been doing this job for a little over 6 years now and have found a hidden calling with so many lovely doggies (and cats) who have become like my own, including some whose owners only have to pay for their stay if they actually pick them up at the end of the time.
Also open to cat sitting, although I do not take cats into my own home partly as cats are less comfortable with this but also as I regularly have dogs on the property.
I have worked in the past with cats and dogs, both here with my company as well as for the MSPCA and RSPCA, where I would volunteer.
I do not offer any "at your house" sitting or day care, it is all conducted at my place of residence and often with other dogs around. If your dog struggles with socialising this is an easy fix (albeit varying in time).
I also offer Dog Training - ask me for details or google "Delusional Dogs"

Chris is experienced trainer/sitter, took good care of our doggie, which is true relief during our away period. Our doggie was happy and became more social with other dogs. Chris also waived some extra charge, definately will come back when going out next time.
Chris gave us peace of mind when he looked after our cat, by daiy visit. With daily updates on how our cat was doing, we felt up to date. Chris did not just feed the cat, but also tried to win his trust with treats and play. And he succeeded!
