Iga

My name is Iga, I am 27 years old and Polish. I have lived in the NL for already more than 6 years. I grew up with an amazing White Terrier and after she passed away, I became a proud owner of a British shorthair. She is now 12 years old. Unfortunately since I moved abroad, I visit my cat only twice a year and really miss her. Taking her with me would be too stressful for her so she had to stay in Poland. I often get pictures or videos of her from my mum.

I have some free time after work and during the weekends so would love to be able to take temporary care of a dog or a cat.

I live in Diemen Zuid, next to a metro station so commuting within Amsterdam is not a problem for me. I live in a 50m2 flat on my own, so it's also possible for me to keep a cat or a (not big) dog for some days. The outdoor area near my place is quiet and there is a newly opened small park. I work from home on a 50/50 basis so it's quite flexible for me to arrange my time. If you have any more questions, please reach out :), I will be happy to answer !

I am usually available in the evenings or afternoons, however it also depends as sometimes I work from home. During the weekends, I am available the whole day.

I can offer walking a dog, taking care of a cat or staying at someone's place when they are gone. I am also able to water plants or do some similar small tasks If required. With regards to walking a dog, I can either go to a park near my place If the dog stays with me, or go somewhere near the owner's place.
