I love to spend time playing, walking, running and relaxing with your dog — while you can go on vacation with the knowledge there's someone back home who'll take care of and love them as much as you do.

My work during the day is for a software company, which means I work from (your) home while taking care of your dog(s). It also means I have all the flexibility to fit shorter and longer breaks in to go on a walk around the block or to the park.

In my nine years as a professional part-time dog sitter, I've worked with just over 56 dogs. Many of them have become repeat clients that I return to once or twice a year, whenever their parents travel.

In the past, I used to have my very own dog, a black Lab mix, and have learned a lot about positive reinforcement training. You might come home to your dog having added a trick or two! :D

It also means I don't shy away from any quirks your dog might have? Excessive barking, fear of people or other dogs, varying degrees of off-leash ability and potty training are things I have lots of experience with and don't shy away from.

Things I pride myself in are:
• I'm sticking to the routine of your dog.
• I'm communicating frequently with you on WhatsApp or elsewhere.

I know leaving your smoosh at home with me can be unsettling, so I'll make sure to keep you updated frequently just so you know how things are going. Don't we all love a cute dog pic in our messaging history here and there?!

You being away is enough of a change for your dog, so I'll keep to their usual schedule and routine as much as possible. Always taking the same route for your walk at night? I'll do so, too. You prefer your dog not going off leash? I'll make sure to adhere to that. Your dog is used to getting her breakfast at 5am? I'll set an alarm!
