Hello!

My name is Ada, I'm 23 years old and originally from Finland. I studied Media & cultural entrepreneurship in Gothenburg, Sweden and during that time I also did an exchange semester in Amsterdam. After graduating I relocated back to Amsterdam and am currently looking for work in the city which also means I have a very flexible schedule and availability. In my free time I love to cook, do photography, work creatively, go for long walks and enjoy art. ✨

I live in West together with my sister and her cute but mischievous bengal cat. 🙈 Due to his presence I unfortunetaly cannot offer any pet sitting services at out home. However, I am more than happy to help with walks, home visits, day care or boarding at your place.

I have been dogsitting for the past 10 years, mainly on Pawshake, Rover and care.com in Helsinki, Gothenburg & Amsterdam. I have experience with multiple different breeds and sizes, as well as gained some with rescue dogs along the way. During summer 2021 I volunteered for the Guide Dog school in Helsinki and took care of guide dogs due to their owner being on vacation etc. Often ranging from several days to weeks, which also entailed some training. Our family had a very dear Novascotia retriever for 11 years but sadly she passed away a few years ago.

I have been petsitting both at my home and the owner’s, as well as done house sitting for longer periods. In the future I am looking forward to getting a dog of my down but for now I am eager to learn more! 🌟
