I'm Nilsu, I'm from Istanbul but living in Amsterdam for 3 years. I study at the UvA as a MSc student in Business Administration. I grew up with pets in my family, cats, dogs, birds, fishes... I love animals! I have experience in pet care in Amsterdam over a year.

I live with my boyfriend, and we want to get a dog to ourselves as well, but we still want to wait couple of more years before that. However, I still want to be with pets and spend time with them as they give me such joy. This is the reason I'm signing up as a pet sitter. It is important for me that the pet has all the vaccines needed and if it's a dog, that it doesn't bark too much, to care for our neighbors. As the university will be on hybrid education, I will have to go to some classes every now and then and thus I will be able to provide more flexibility on the weekends. I am open to adjust to the day routine of the pet that comes to my place.

My boyfriend will be here too, so there is a lot of people around for the pet to play with! I would spend a lot of time with the pet, so please don't worry about him/her not getting enough attention! Pets are allowed on the couch however not on the bed, so perhaps it is a good idea to bring their bed as well for a sleep-over. If the pet is a dog, I would walk it 3 times per day for a day care and 4 times for a sleep-over. One walk being a long one, around 45-60 minutes and others slightly shorter. I am open to sit two dogs at the same time if they already know each other and get along.

We have a small terrace at our apartment and it can be used for dogs to step out and get fresh air, it is fully fenced. I would like if you bring your pet's food and inform me about portions, feeding times so that the routine will stay the same for them. I hope you will pick me, or us, for your pet! I can not wait to hear from you!
